On June 3rd 2018, a mutual friend fell asleep at the wheel and hit a toll booth barrier head on. This resulted in the devastating car crash you'll see above. You can see one of my friend's fly out of the windshield upon impact. It's nothing short of a miracle that all five occupants survived. I made a vow that I would not take this second chance for granted.If nothing else, I hope this video inspires you to shoot your shot at life. I get some setbacks here and there but my progress has been phenomenal. I hope to turn this into a recurring thread with videos highlighting different types of physio exercises and workout routines anyone can implement during this quarantine/lock down.
