! Based on Ochako's desire I think the whole license to use quirk at work already exist. And I doubt their are in fascism state where people will report you for using your quirk at home. THe whole quirk limitation is mostly don't use on the street or in a way that would fucked up the system(like Momo making clothes).

! That's the catch nobody will stop or arrest Inko for using her quirk to avoid her cell falling to the floor, but as we've seen the only PROFESSIONALS allowed to use their quirk in work are heroes. Which is pretty fucking dumb, like why Kouta's parents weren't firefighters with their quirk. Uraraka would boom the civil construction like hell, she would be filthy rich. Damn even Shigi could find a good gig in waste removal.
! That's the sad part. If the LA were legit the average citizen would be on their side to an extent. Maybe there's some propaganda at work. Like, see? Look at Stain and the League of Villains. This is what happens when you're allowed to use your quirk anyway you want.
! What you said about Uraraka and Shiggy got me thinking. Maybe another reason excessive quirk use is banned is to specifically stop people with OP quirks from having total control. If you had a gold making quirk or a sunbeam quirk that can power unlimited batteries that could change the economy in an instant. That's not necessarily bad but a downside would be people's worth being based on their quirks. But, that's kinda what's happening already with the Hero business.

Not sure if Horikoshi thought about the romanization, but in the original he did went with nearly identical words with the same reading (Macadamia's Shueisha has the 瑛 kanji instead of 英).

I don't really know that much about comics so I didn't catch the Joker vibe for Redestro like many of you did. When I first saw him, his looks and CEO title made me think of Winston Deavor from Incredibles 2.

He took it the mask off so Twice would stop antagonizing everyone else about getting the broker back. He was getting agitated But once the mask came off, he could only think about how he was going to split.
! Shigaraki probably uses his Quirk but the giant bastard seems to have regeneration(if IIRC he mentioned that All for one gave him alot of quirks). Also his skin might be so thick that the disintegration doesn't eat away at it quickly. -

! Best Jeanist organizing the heroes was great. This is why he's top tier. Also love seeing the heroes helping people. It's a small thing but I'm glad the importance of that is shown and wasn't just some Provisional Arc fluff from the main series. Heroes protect, that's what they do.
! Koichi has never been so cool. I can't stop loving this guy. He's knows his limits yet tries to bring out his full potential. He's not trying to be the best, just do what he can. No wonder attention seekers like Captain Celebrity doesn't get it. Koichi is as much as a hero as every single hero in Sky Egg and he doesn't care if anyone knows it. It blows my mind seeing how far he's come since chapter 1. Now, if he could think of better attack names…

Cool chapter, I am really rooting for the league right now, it helps their enemies is a buch of terrorists, but still. It´s also cool how Shigaraki main goal is still subduing Gigantomachia and is simply using them to tire him out.
The only thing that confuses me a little it´s the town full of soldiers. They said 90% of the people there are followers of redestro, what about the 10% left? Are they children? If they aren´t, what stops them from calling the police or heroes from outside?

I would imagine they do a decent job at hiding their true agenda from those 10% and even if those 10% tried to do anything, said 90% has enough control of the town's communication and law enforcement to shut down their options and ward away any suspicion from the outside world. Especially thanks to the Liberation Army leaders' high power standings and how the group is probably thought of as has-beens that only have a few neophyte stragglers nowadays.

The fact we haven't seen her family makes me question if her violent tendencies are hereditary, something to do with their blood quirk giving them added blood lust, but everyone is taught to suppress it and live a normal life.
! That Deku looking classmate. We might see Toga killing "Deku". Man, that flashback is gonna be nuts. And, no Dabi this chapter. Guess he went recruiting in a bar somewhere. What a trooper. -
