For some reason next week anime episode is original stuff that doesn´t have any relation with the current arc, it´s a little weird since up until now Mha´s fillers were used to give screentime to other characters without messing up with the story timeline.
It may actually be fun to watch, but I am little dissapointed because I wanted to see more of Gang Orca animated.

So that's an odd choice to throw in an episode or 2 that have nothing to do with the current plot…This was episode 19? I dunno why they felt the need to stretch it.
The episode itself was okay. The interactions with the other school is nice.

No idea,just a hunch. I would make more sense than create a filler episode unrelated to plot in the middle of an arc.

Looking it up on Bulbapedia, I can see a few things.
They're based on construction workers, which is Uraraka's family business.
It's big thing is lifting a heavy object, something Uraraka is also good at, albeit for different reasons. It also ties in to how she weaponized a pillar in that first heroes vs villains test.

The reason is a Japanese annual 24 hours-long charity event called "Love Saves the World". BNHA will have a special episode that ties-in with the event, but other shows will just have no episodes at all and continue in two weeks.

I'm watching the dub of the episode where Team Yaoyorozu beats Team Saiko.
There's a bit that reminds of something I forgot to mention before. When they first detect Sai's group Tsuyu wonders if they're a group that got separated from the rest of their school and are hiding.
A superhero podcast I like, The Red Panda Adventures has a quote for exactly this situation in a conversation between the Red Panda and his sidekick, the Flying Squirrel.

That is adorable. Is that Treeko with Deku though? Why Treeko for Deku, he's not plant based at all.

Nah, apparently it will be a normal episode.
How I understand it, they are trying to keep all of the Interniship Arc in Season 4 by killing time in Season 3 with fillers and padding (recaps, unnecessary flashbacks, etc.)
They just used one of those inevitable filler episodes to promote the movie during a charity event.

In unrelated things. I'm watching a character poll where this group is voting for 1-A characters folks they like the least so it's left with the most favorite. I definitely feel Horikoshi has written 98% good characters cause it's hard to chose.

My money would be on Mineta because, despite all the "BAKUGO BAD!!!!!" that goes around, he still has people who like him. Mineta is not so fortunate.

I think Bakugou is one of the best characters in the series… I really doubt he'd lose a poll, hell he's probably the most popular character in the series. I think Animal talking guy and Juice drinking dude would lose something like that. Just due to lack of personality. Mineta might be awful but at least he's got character.

Bakugou is just like Rohan, a good character but you would hate to have him around you.
Of 1A I think Ojiro, Koda, Sato, Shoji and Hagakure are the one if least development. -

Mineta was out in round 1 I think. Bakugo is still in it. I think Bakugo has grown on people in the west a lot more so he has more fans and slightly less haters lol..

The cover does have a Star Wars feel about it. And I find it kinda funny who he chose to feature on it. Like I would have swapped at least Ochacho, Asui and Ojiro for Mina and Aoyama.

New cover is fantastic! Deku's in Star Wars pose separating hero work and school life and trying to keep them balanced. Composition and art are good and give the low-stakes-but-emotional arc an appropriate movie poster feel. The only out of place thing is Nejire, who apparently was the key to everything while I wasn't looking.

The only line of his I definitively prefer in fan-translation though, is "What's abnormal is a world where the rank and file hold sway."
I super love that line.
What's translating his dialogue to english like, is there anything peculiar about it? -

Ahhh! I'm excited for a new chapter. 90% of the discussions I've seen have been about Bakugo's winter costume (really the only weather appropriate one), his 4th wall destroying secondary quirk and Shinzou.
I'm all excited to see how this class training will go. This may be the best time we get to see class B in action and how Shinzou would do outside of a 1 on 1 situation.

I am curious how well he can use the quirk if getting slightly hurt negates the affected person. In a fighting situation with multiple fighters that would get tricky.
But besides him hopefully we get to see class B folks we never saw in a fight. Is Welding guy a better version of Mineta? What can comic bubble face guy actually do? What does the transfer student do? Actually I guess outside of like 7 of class B we haven't seen their abilities.

This 4x4 is so simple and yet so effective. I am really hyped to see this and hopefully this time none of the fights is offscreened.
That said, my first reaction when I saw Asui was on the first team was "damn, she is losing to give Class B a good first impression". While I would understand that, this girl is dying for some good feats under her belt so please.

My guess is that we'll only see 100% of shinso's battles. (unless in the middle of fight 2 we get a reveal of the traitor)

I think Shinso is very much suited as an infiltrator or espionage type.

"Freeze!…!!!"
"Unlock the entrance for me, then go to sleep."He'd also be an awesome hostage negotiator.
He just has to get one direct reply out of the suspect and he can order a quiet surrender.Come to think of it, can't he do that for most villains since villains just love to talk? (Stain, Shigaraki, Overhaul, etc)
He could wipe out a lot of villains really quickly by telling them all to surrender without a fight. Like geez.
Just bring him along for everything. -
