How lost would I be if I haven't read through, or watched all of Mob Psycho?

This is (appears to be) a direct sequel to the manga which ended recently, so it's possible reading this might spoil you on parts of the ending of that series.
Mob Psycho is ultimately less about individual events than it is Mob's emotional journey, so you may be a bit lost at first, but fine.But who can say at this point?

Unbelievable! For many people, he was the best part. Don't know how you couldn't enjoy Reigen.

Yeah. On one hand I love Reigen and am looking forward to whatever this has to bring. On the other hand, I hate the potentiality that One has completely stopped writing his version of OPM. Murata's is great, but I prefer the original and it'll be a long time before it catches up.

Murata isn't the writer anyways. Maybe ONE just decided this is how he'd prefer things to go in OPM.
I wasn't sure about Reigen in the beginning, but him wanted Mob to not take on that fight against that division leader made me like him. And he's improved since then too.
