Yeah…Crunchyroll is being all wonky with this episode giving error messages on my PS3, laptop and Iphone. I'm hoping to have better luck through the Funimation app.

That's kinda scary since this is the only time where an anime has more episodes than the official manga chapters. The only exception to this rule is the Sabaody Archipelago arc.
And that was short now that I think about it since the manga was way short and even the amount of episodes is small compared to ladder.

Now, it is time to have a very big filler arc before the Totto Land Arc appears in the Anime-Series. Or we get much more episodes than the official manga chapters.

I suggest that you look again. This is not the only time. Loguetown, Return to Sabaody, and most notoriously, Dressrosa are a few arcs that have a higher episode count than number of chapters.
Sabaody is shorter. (21 episodes : 24 chapters)

Huh?? Since Sabaody literally EVERY arc has been longer in the anime than in the manga (Amazon Lily 14 e: 11 c, Impel Down 31 : 24, Marineford 33 : 32, Post-War 27 : 17, Return to Sabaody 6 : 5, FMI 52 : 51, Punk Hazard 47 : 46, Dressrosa 118 : 102).
Why else would fans complain about the pacing lol. However I think it's not too bad in Zou since it's a short arc anyway. DR was far more exhausting as it was already too long in the manga. Interesting to see how it'll turn out in WCI since It's still going on in the manga and probably wont be over soon.

At this point, just fucking do 26 episodes a year and give us some high-quality and well paced anime. You know why shit like AoT has an insane foreign following? Because I don't have to recommend to them a series with 771 episodes and counting, for which the anime has been god-awful slow since episode 300+

It made sense to why they had to make 26 episodes of that show. But there's a difference between Monthly and Weekly.
But AOT got big way quick and it even got the creators off-guard! lol
The reason why it took long to make was because it became popular.
It's very similar but not quite with the Buu Arc version of Kai.

Understood, but the One Piece anime is a trainwreck as a whole, which is a shame since it was impeccable at least until Loguetown. The train has to keep chugging though.
