As much as I'd love to see the tortoise and the hare in another round, Bellemere has grown on me recently.
Pekoms can´t even protect himself, while Bellemere protected two children.

I voted best mom in OP to tie it up. So far all we've seen of Pekoms is him getting bullied by Capone and it's amusing but it's getting tedious, he's out of the picture now and in Zou his main contribution was to get betrayed in that one flashback followed by recovering from said betrayal and then reluctantly helping Luffy find his way to BM. Okay, he's got an awesome design and his GAO! Is funny but we need to see more from him (and I'm sure we will).
