As much as I love Gatz for helping boost the morale of Dressrosa and standing up to Doflamingo, Sengoku is just more awesome. A man who was able to keep the Admirals in line and best friends with Garp deserves to go to the next round.
I kinda liked Sengoku pre-time skip. But once I saw the change in his personality once he lost his authority it made me like him more (and it made me realise how he was so close with Garp, because before I couldn't figure). Sengoku having two sides to his personality adds so much to his character. Gets my vote.
Love Guts, but post-ts Sengoku is one of the most hilarious and unexpected things Oda has ever done.

Let us not forget his crowning moment of awesome when he pushed Blackbeard's shit in.
