Law is cool and all, but that's all he has going for him currently (his backstory was good, but I liked Cora-san more) and I never took any interest in Buggy, he always got on my nerves. What do you people see in him that I don't?! Anyway, I'll wait for the campaigns to sway me.

I got to vote Buggy. His crew is my favourite, he was a big part of what made Impel Down so enjoyable and despite his close ties to Shanks, Rayleigh and the Pirate King himself he really doesn't seem to care about obtaining the One Piece.
He's basically a villainous Usopp too which helps; complete with nose gags, cunning(sort of), followers and lies that get believed and come true.

Law is another one of those cool looking characters that look good and always look like they mean business and seem overpowered…starting to sound like Zoro and Shanks here but he's got a few gags going for him with the SH crew which I like and before his epic beat down by the hands of Doffy he was liked a hell of a lot more than he probably is now. After being Luffyrized he's no longer that much of an enigma and I think I liked him more when he seemed a little maniacal and dark. (Something something about handing hundreds of pirate hearts to WG to get warlord status). Buggy...ever since impel down and Marineford has been on a one way ticket to glory and even as a reader knowing he's full of shit you can't help but get pulled along by his hype train.

Law, because in a sea of dorky characters he remains an appealing straight character to me. The series could use more of those sometimes.
