Ehhhh… we don't have a notability requirement for characters but we do need them to have images that are decent enough to make wanted posters with. Is there a better image of him than that?

Some characters that haven't performed great in the past or are just a group of characters usually said in one breath, such as "Jonny and Yosaku", "Fake Strawhats" "Iceburg and Tyrannosaurus" or "Absalom and Don Krieg" get grouped together, getting a couple characters into a single nomination. It doesn't really hurt or help them.

In this case, Black Drum Kingdom is Wapol, his wife Miss Universe, and their dog.
