I don't think I've heard David Moo give off a decent performance in a dub. His Xellos from Slayers Next which some people sight as good is even iffy to me.

First off, god I love this man he’s so wholesome. He just like such a genuine appreciation for this series, and gratitude that he was given such a big opportunity.
That being said… weird choice, isn’t it? He hasn’t recorded anything for the dub for years (although that’s about to change, and who knows maybe he’s done some stuff for WCI already). I know I’ve been like one of the biggest deniers of this, but it almost makes me think they may be doing something special dub related for episode 1000? Just a special simuldub anyway? I’m not counting it but like, I just don’t know why else they’d get him specifically.

I mean I guess so, but I think generally something being too short is less of a concern than it being too long.
Anyways, I’m willing to bet she’s a minor enough character that they’d be more than willing to use her again. Not even her first time in the series, she did a mermaid in fishman island that was a big enough part to have a name, I think.
Also either way it doesn’t matter really when it comes to Daniel, it’s pretty much a garuntee that it’s coming wether they’ve started on it or not. -

Jimbei appears in the opening couple episodes of WCI, and considering we started getting Zou, I'm assuming they're already on WCI for dubbing. I don't think its that farfetched that he recorded line from the Crocembouche Big Momzilla episode

The thing is, they very clearly did it so we have a count down, one every day. I doubt they’d go through with it if they couldn’t get everyone, and I’m willing to bet these aren’t being filmed and edited the same day they are going up. So i’d bet on it just being a weird choice.

Yeah, and at this point I really don’t say any mind anymore, as the schedule pretty much right since it’s came back has been 100%. A voyage every 2 months, with a collection a month after there are enough voyages. I kinda forget until it happens, and then I’m like oh cool cover art.
