@dropper:
Those are bootleg covers that are borrowing existing art lmao, terrible.
I will say that the Funimation covers are honest at representing the art style of the show itself.
Where are the blu-rays? It's 2020 man.
I think I just generally like the group shots better. The funimation releases always focus on a specific narrative moment, and the logs/collections are just single characters per cover (the logs are clearly better drawn, yet the outfits are always very random), which makes sense for larger collections but is still pretty boring to me. The covers like the bootleg ones are better for me, where each cover represents the whole arc and could easily be a poster.

@Sano:
We probably never going to get bluray for tv series at this point. Since pretty much every country that had a dub for the series that made it to Punk Hazard is still releasing the tv series dvd only. For example the French release is already at the end of Whole Cake Island and they're still releasing dvd only.
Wasn’t there one or two other countries that managed to get Blu-ray rights? I can’t remember.

The digital streaming cover looks like dogshit promo art piled together, definitely prefer the Voyage's
Yeah, this one is every worse than the last two.
I’m not even going to start thinking about WCI dubbed yet. That’s like two years away, even if we get a moderate speed-up.
