it doesn't work like the image says,because you can't travel freely on the grand line..so when you are on the middle point between 2 islands,you have no way to make a perfect rout along the perpendicular if you don't have another island to point it to

About the issue of the numbers of necessary Poneglyphs.
It's no scientific issue, but instead an issue of the narrative/storytelling. If Oda wanted, he could easily have everything necessary written on three, two or even only one Poneglyph. However, as he exactly knows of all the different fractions and how it's supposed to play out in the end, he came to the conclusion that he needed four Poneglyphs in order for the story to work best. Therefore, there are four.

Psycrow, your "2 spots are enough"-theory only works if all 4 spots form a perfect square, but i cann assure you, the actual "X" Looks "more complicated" than the one shown in the chapter.
Your 4th pic just Shows one possible Location of Raftel, but what about the other direction. Your maps are all drawn like you already knew where all 4 spots are. Try to do that with only 2 known Points (of an irregular rectangle).–- Update From New Post Merge ---

Not a bad translation, at least understandable. The plot is slowly getting clearer, the fact that Kaido and Big Mom each have possession of a red poneglyph makes Luffy's mission to take them down extra credible.

Actually it would be funny if Raftel was at the Center of Long Ring Long Land. An isle that only appears (due to Aqua Laguna) every 25 yrs.

Alright, so you need to find 4 poneglyphs to find the Raftel's location. Two of them are in Kaido and Big Mom's hands. The third one is on Zou. The last one probably in government's hands.
Samurais have made an unbreakable stone. So there is a possibility that they have an unbreakable stone sword.
Oden was executed by shogun AND Kaido ? It means they might be vassals of Kaido.
I guess this is all interesting information what we get from this chapter. -

We already saw inconsciously the Wano Country and now everything has yet another awesome reason (like taking down the two "bad" yonkous). Love that progession.
I think that X Drake took Caribou with him because of his fruit abilities. Its perfect to hide and steal important stuff which should stay secret: the Poneglyphs.

Nope, he is Momo's dad and he got executed for not telling kaido about the void century or not telling Kaido what is written on the red stone that he has also the third stone might be on Shank's main island which is another reason for Blackbeard to fight him and it would be better for one of the level 6 people that Blackbeard freed most likely Devon to know how to read them or have the voice of all things like Roger did

There are a lot of possibilities where the "lost" red poneglyph can be:
- Shanks: because he is a yonkou too
- Marco: because he is now the successor of whitebeard
- Jimbe: very unlikely, i think it will be the most unimportant poneglyph of all ^^
- World Goverment: their flag is indeed the depiction of raftel
- Elbaf: would be a nice reason to get there
- Revolutionaries: dont think so, they have another parallel goal
- Unknown place/holder
What are other possibilities?

After 15 Years, We finally one big clue about where to find the One Piece, and Raftel !
What an amazing, and revealing chapter !As eveyone suspected, Kaidou is the Shogun of Wano… No surprise here.
But damn, all the rest of the chapter was... Surprise on surprise.In fact, it was sooooooooooooooooo obvious, since day 1 !!
I mean... Yonkô = 4. They rule over the sea... So, obviously, 4 Road Poneglyph, to get to the End, because you have to get trough the 4 of them to become the King of'em.... Damn, that's so obvious it making my head hurts !
So, I bet Whitebeard was the only one with 2 or 3 Poneglyph ( or photo of them ), and just before the war, He must have sinked it, or hide it in a place only him know.. That's why Blackbeard took all his teritories, but couldn't find itWith that, we have the plot for the rest of the manga : Find the Red Poneglyph, and go kick some badasses's ass !
Kouzuki clan created the POneglyph.. Didn't expected that for a clan of Samourai/Ninja.. It'd disappointing to not have another big revelation about OP/Void century during the Wano Arc then.

I like this X marks the spot idea. Something especially fun about it is that even if you specify four locations, the order in which you connect them matters. This means that there could be as many as three X's ambiguously indicated. Someone who connects the locations in the wrong order could end up going to the wrong X! Hmm…

Hoohohoholy shit. This chapter is probably one of the thickest plot chapters yet. So much was revealed and it all off a sudden made sense.
*At a point in the beginning of Dressrosa, Momonosuke said he was gonna become the Shogun of Wano. Well, he wasn't lying. He is going to become the shogun. Not only is he going to be shogun, he will join Luffy as Shogun when he reaches Raftel.
*The reason the government don't fuck with Wano, is cause it's Kaido's stomping ground. They said it was the samurais and there is probably truth to that as well. Meaning Kaido has not only hundreds, if not thousands off superwarriors, he also has his pirate crew and underlings. In other words, he has an insanely, badass army that probably makes him the most powerful off all the Yonkou.
- The last red poneglyph, is either in Shanks, one of the Whitebeard pirates or Blackbeard's possession. No matter who has it, it seems like Kaido is the closest to have them all. If Blackbeard has none, he's definitely in the worst for becoming Pirate King out of current Yonko.

you caan't follow it to the last island,since it probably has no magnetism oof its own…basically you reach the second to last,and then the logpose signals nothing on the part of sea in front of you,and only signals island from where you come from.
