K-F goes in order and is subbing 162 now which is somewhere in Skypiea. It's going to take them a very long time for them to get to Water 7. Luckly Gerusama started at episode 220 and on which is episode 244.

A group called Balkongo Fansubs are in the process of subbing the Davy Back Arc. I think the latest they have done is 215-216. Try Baka Updates if you want bittorrent.

Yes Gerusama only does 220 and up. Anything lower you just have to wait for K-F or Balkongo Fansubs or if you're really desperate get HK subs.
