I thought that she was a glass cannon, but she blocked that attack pretty well. I guess that the pillar of light is Mikaros´ last resort, it seems to be the same magic that Uria stopped hundred of years ago by going full crazy.
Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...

The latest chapters make me think of Shin Mazinger Z´s ending, how defeating the final boss only results on the arrival of an army of stronger enemies that will destroy the world, in both cases the guy that summons them is also a lesser enemy that everyone thought dead. Because of that this theme goes well with this chapter´s last pages:

The little brother is back, let´s hope that this situation is dealed quickly so Helck can finally get the healing and happiness he deserves. On other note, it was nice to see that Vamirio still has firepower enough to kill the warriors of ruin, even if in the end there are just to many even for the strongest four king when surrounded.

It´s Uria all over again, at least this time Azudora can turn him back to normal, but I am still wondering how the hell are they gonna save the humans.
And I really like the current arc, but the author kind of messed up the pacing on it, mostly since the whole king reveal.

I still like it, but there's been too much back and forth between hope and despair to the point when it became tedious, it's just draining after weeks of it. But when it hits, it really hits hard, I was ready to riot when Alicia was absorbed into the pillar.
Also really surprised that the author somehow made me hate Mikaros even more, I legit thought that was impossible. -

Well, Azudora doesn´t have to kill Helck, just turn him back to normal, same with all the other humans, if there were any… Maybe he will use a reset spell or he can actually undo the warriors of ruin with the same spell that will save helck. The whole "You can turn a boiled egg into a normal egg again" doesn´t give many details about how will he actually do it.

If anybody can turn the situation around it's Azudora, since he's been thinking about methods to do so ever since Uria died. I could see Helck turning back to his regular self, but bringing back all the sacrificed awakened humans seems like a stretch honestly. Maybe I just have problems with grasping the concept, but how do bring back somebody like Alicia who already dispersed into particles and was absorbed into a giant light pillar. -

The best part is the foreshadowing from the battle with The Dark Knight and also that the author told us that Piwi was a moss in omake chapter, in this chapter we only learned that he comes from the same tree as Vamirio´s twig.

-First the battle against Mikaros and Rafaed in the throne room
-Then the battle against the king of humans
-Mikaros was in fact alive and summons the warriors of ruin
-Now a battle against the will of the world itself using Mikaros faceI mean, it still has good parts and I am invested in the main characters, for example Piwi screwing Mikaros and Helck ignoring the will, but it just a little too much, so I supposse that the author is planning to end the series with this arc, the enemies at the north can´t be more dangerous that the warriors of ruin or the freaking will of the world itself. Maybe this arc is like One Piece´s ones, more enjoyable if you read it in one go once it´s over. I still love the series though, even if this arc could have been handled better, things like Helck´s past or Vamirio´s "Let´s save the humans" are scenes that I will never forget.
Also, the cover for the 11th volume is out and is a kick on the feels:

Yo, I kinda bowed out a while ago (when they found the high tech ruins of humanity), since I got tired of the constant back and forth on everything (oh no! the bad guys are winning! nah, it turns out the good guys are fine. but oh no! etc…), but since it's over now, is it worth catching up on? Is the ending worthwhile, and are there a lotta good moments to look forward to after where I left off?

The ending is nice enough. But I think I got burned out where you did Wagomu. It didn't really give me moments I cared about.

Pretty good ending, but the author really needed to work in the pace of this last arc, it has a few good moments (even pretty good), but at that point a good amount of interest was gone. For me the manga reached its peak when Vamirio told Helck "Let´s save the humans" and started to get too long after battle with the human king. For me the good monents of this arc were:
! * Asuta´s appearance in the throne room
- Mikaros getting betrayed by the king of humans and "dying"
- The reveal about the true nature of the kings
- The double spread with the warriors of ruin
- Vamirio´s secret technique, it was pretty cool and showed Vamirio´s might even more
- Piwi screwing the warriors of ruin with his song
- Kenros being the hero of the tower mission thanks to his only speed build
- The king actually being alive and biting Mikaros ass once more even without being aware of it
- Also Mikaros´s scary face in the hyperspace, even if I wanted him to stay dead
- Piwi actually having colected all of the objects that were needed to save the humans, thanks to god they were all shiny
- Vamirio and Helck having a handshake to say goodbye like when they first met. After making a list of them, in fact there were many good moments, but it was still the weakest arc because of the author wanting to put all the bosses in one arc and messing the pace, but I guess he needed to wrap it all if he wanted to end the series. In general it was a great series, one bad arc doesn´t take the others away, it was fun, all the characters were likeable and there wasn´t any shoehorned romance between the protagonist duo just because they were of different gender (Helck and Vamirio friendship was one of the greatest parts of the manga) Vamirio also being hella strong and taking care of herself was also a cool thing.
Pd: I hope that the Piwi´s spin-off shows us more about characters that barely showed at the end… I am looking at Edil and Hyura, also Haraolle and

Well, it was nice to see Edil and Hyura being dorks again. I would have liked one or two chapter with everyone being silly, but this is good enough, Vamirio teaching Alicia fire magic was really nice too.
Also, Kenros is secretely the strongest character in the series.
