I think they are serious about the eyes, this entire manga feels like a Dragon Quest parody. DQ have some ridiculous abilities & Helck takes it up a notch. anyway, they seem like they started setting up the final arc, I hope this doesn't end before we see the demon emperor & the 2 other heavenly kings

There a lot of info in this chapter about what's going to happen. I almost felt the author hurry the plot a bit.
What does '75.1' means in the numbering of the chapter? That the chapter is not completely scanlated? At least was an unusual finish.

Sometimes I'm not sure how to feel about this series, since it has a lot of genuinely good moments, but chapters like this are a slog. The author's inability to let a consequence stick on the main cast is also pretty frustrating, especially when it comes up so often. Character is killed? Character wasn't killed! Character was tortured? Character was okay the whole time! Characters are cornered? Characters aren't cornered!
Despite enjoying the recent lore diving, and some of the character interactions on the villain side, it feels like the read is getting tedious.

To me the real test will come when Helck get's cornered.

What I don't quite get is why Helck is considered tragedy given so far everything tragic that happened got undone so far or got presented a way out. It's not that I want to see Helck destroy all of (angelkind)humankind but I was interested in the start where we got a human hero trying to become a demon king because he wants to end the humans south of teh demon empire. And ofc because he was OP as all helck. xD
But now it sort of feels empty, there is no real tension as to every problem shown up you got shown a solution. All humans became robot angels? No prob, we still got guys with Ego who can become nice again. All humans might turn into terrible monsters after the King dies? No problem, we got a demon who has researched for just that kinda problem for over 1500 years, no shit. Enemy has like 5000+ Helck-like Angel-soldiers? No problem, we got like 100000+ Drow soldiers who can regrow limbs in a matter of seconds and all of them are badass.I mean, I get it that the good guys win at the end, it is a manga, but at least make it so that it feels like some of the stuff the bad guys do REALLY sticks to the good side too. So far it feels like a war with no casualties expect at the very beginning with the poor two demon kings who sort of just died by themselves and each time were able to send their army home to safety. Maybe the mangaka just wants to really surprise us at the end with Helck somehow going berserk but I really doubt that. Just doesn't feel this way given how everything has going so far for our heroes.

The series has been jumping styles since the first goofy episodes.
One episode you got apocalyptic drama, the next some carefree fights and some bad jokes and the next is back to doom and gloom (but not too much because there is always the next joke looming in the corner)
Its part of the charm of the series, I guess.
