Man, feels like the end is nigh. But what a ride it has been !
I love the little details such as Laius' notes about chimera Farlin, or Marcille/Kabru breaking down. -
So Laios is about to eat the winged lion (possessing his original body). In the notes on the monster he is right now it says that no magic will work on the monster. I wonder if the demon powers count as magic like that, so once the demon is in Laios' monster body he can't get out.

This chapter got a lot more violent than I was expecting the series to get. Not just that but kind of disturbing too with the eating. Cool resolution though. Expected and unexpected at the same time. Some really cool imagery in the last several pages too. This seems like it'll be the last chapter of volume 13 so we still have at least another volume left. Unless they're going to add a couple more chapters and make it a long volume.

Was nice seeing again the vegetable patch golems. They are possibly my favorite feature in the whole manga. ^_^
