It's almost as weak to as many things as just being a grass type. The only big difference is the extra weakness to ice types, so just be careful with all the ice types in a tropical setting.

Pokemon Moon and Rowlet day one for me. Also, the game rally got a graphic boost! Sharpter textures, characters are no longer chibified, shadows and light effects look very smooth…

The models have improved of the characters and environment, but, I don't think the graphics got such a big upgrade as some seem to be suggesting.

Yeah. Since the region is based on Hawaii expect a chain of islands instead of just 1. This, like you said, is probably the main one, where the capital city is located.

After I broke with tradition by picking Fennekin it's time to return to the Grass starter for this one. Cause Rowlet looks great. I like Litten too and Popplio is okay, I suppose. I have a bad feeling about its evolutions though.

And I'll take the giant Moon bat (I think) over the Sun lion.

So maybe Trainer customization could be back or at least the changing of skin color is back

Canada leaked it first, then the Italian guy did it, I doubt they would do that to spite people, that Canadian store that sold the games two weeks earlier was what caused the leaks, then an Italian dude posted some leaks also, if they were making us pay, they would have to make North america "pay" also.

Legendaries look cool, the starters have a not starter look to them, they remind of the regional cat, extra bird and random water mammal, but they look nice.

Also Cat keeps the zodiac theme, even if people say it's not exactly a tiger(it might become one), its still a feline.

The characters model are even less chibi than usual, they improved that a lot, adults look like adults not kids with different heads.

last month leaks surfaced that said one legendary is a lion and that the starters are an owl, cat, and seal most took it with a grain of salt or ignored it.

The names that leaked, fit with the characters revealed, there is also a sketch of a owl for a month now and a blue thing and something weird(that ended up being the cat).

So one can only hope its typing will change in its last form or it will be pretty much dead in the competitive gaming (Grass/Steel pls?).

Yeah I'm hoping that the setting will give us more grass/fire types, maybe less bugs as well ? Really I have no idea, but ice types would seem out of place, unless there's an ice island.

Idk I thoroughly looked through the video and didn't see any change to the trainer outfit color or otherwise. Maybe it was just lighting?

Seems the character appears with different clothing in some scenes so yeah most likely customization is staying-

The fire cat looks cool and all but I feel like picking the sea lion would guarantee me a loyal little water bugger that would give me all kinds of fun. The owl's out of the race for me.

Also, Sun, Sun, Sun! The lion's way too cool for me not to buy the version.
