well… Eyes of Heaven had 5 DIOs but 4 were playable and those 4 werent just very basic appearance changes. but seeing 8 luffys in this game just shows that Spike Chunsoft took an easy route with most of the game's DLC. maybe they should just also give us the rest of the Film Gold Strawhat Outfits as well plus maybe the outfits for Lucci & Sabo & Koala as well to help promote Film Gold some more while America & Europe wait for Film Gold to appear on Bluray & DVD.

So, there's been a lot of speculation that Rob Lucci, Caesar Clown, Monkey D Garp, and Gildo Tesoro will be part of the battle character roster, not the DLC roster.

Yeah, the DIOS played different from what I recall. 2 were house mounted, but had different stands, and all of them had different specials, while this game only gives them maybe 1 different move, while the rest is the same.

The main point that bother me with this system (putting aside that it's ugly) is that DLC characters are not taken into account for obtaining the online emblems and titles… Since I love playing with random characters, I was always upset when random selection gave me a DLC character XD Making me lose some time for the 100% completion...

Whaaaaa, so we will have to wait until december to get Caesar and Garp. So we really can assume that they are working on a Burning Blood 2 and have characters already more developped than others. There will be 2 other gameplay updates on august : For characters with giant transformations (Luffy, Sengoku, Drake, Moria, Ener, Franky), even if you guard the attacks of their giant forms you will loose some life. Gear 4th Luffy will finally be usefull maybe, he was way too easy to counter ! And flash counter will apparently be easier to perform.

It's good that Bandai are supporting their game with new playable characters and costumes but they really need to add more content if they expect it to last by December

I mean, like having a different costumes in the same slot. There's a 50/50 chance that Sabo, Koala, and Akainu will get updated costumes in their current slot. Spike Chunsoft should also be able to add Rob Lucci CP9 and CP0 with haki in the same slot without having to add separate slots for costumes or alternative version with new a moveset because their past Dragon Ball games. For example, Rob Lucci CP9 is like a normal Vegeta and Rob Lucci CP0 with haki is like a Super Saiyan Vegeta. Even though Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 had early, mid, and end Goku. Their costumes and transformations didn't count as seprate slots. However, we just have to wait and see what happens. The gold pack will gave us our answer.

Well I would like Spike Chunsoft to be Creative on Altered Characters, like how would a Devil Fruit User fight if they had someone else's DF Power(Hancock having WhiteBeard's DF Power or Ace having Eneru's DF Power) or if a character fighting based on the era of their outfit (Knight Zoro or Franky). But please no More FREAKING Luffys.

Just hope that it won't be too easy to counter attack or it will make the game really frustrating if you can't perform a single full combo… ^^ Phew... Only 3 more titles and I got all the online titles ! Takes so much time XD

Well going by their record of making DLC and the currently planned out DLC for this game…. We will only get new story content if they were Desperate or making Burning Blood 2. So Costume DLC & Altered Version Character DLC would be something they could quickly add on the dlc that is coming out later.

Maybe we could build clear detail Moveset Ideas for some(2 or 3) Altered Version Characters before the Feedback Thing ends on the 18th and submit them. Such as my main idea of switching Devil Fruit Powers on Certain DF Users, Like If Hancock had the Tremor-Tremor Fruit Power instead of her Love-Love Fruit Power, Robin Having Crocodile's Sand-Sand Fruit Power, Ace Having Eneru's Rumble-Rumble Fruit Power. but basic altered characters with a different outfit could be someone like Robin From CH.741 Colorspread where robin could use 2 miltary guns in one of her attacks

well what i can guess is that they most likely have to pile all the comments from the Japan,American,European Feedback Pages. Then Remove all the spam and pointless comments from the pile. then sort the remaining comments by categories that could be labeled in ways like one category being "add/adjust to this game" and another category being "add to the sequel" or "add a future Unknown one piece game".

but hopefully they dont wait until the last FILM GOLD dlc pack is out to tell us what they are doing

I think it would really awesome if Chameleon made an appearance in One Piece Burning Blood 2(if there's a sequel). Especially with his unique devil fruit ability by copying other people's powers. The type of playable character I think he would be is either tricky or technical because to me he seems like assassin type character.

As for the feedback results, it might take about 2 month because Japan feedback started in April 21 and ended on July 20. The major patch was on June 23 which probably base off Japan feedbacks, but every single one. Same for the upcoming patch for August. So, the next patch update will be a worldwide feedback.

However, you're still able to send more feedback on Bandai Namco Japan website which is what most of users in the 2ch website on One Piece Burning Blood thread are doing.
