the entire point of rebecca's character is that she doesn't like to fight
so it's not gonna join anyone period..she is just not used to being the princessbellamy would probably join barto's crew though..they had a "moment" back then and he doesn't really have anywhere to go at the moment.

Sengoku and Tsuru are so great, they are both calm and relaxed but give off an authoritative aura. I love cool old people.
I really hope that at some point we have Tsuru interacting with a chained up Doflamingo.

I wonder if Doflamingo is still in custody on Dressrosa. Oda deliberately sent the two marines most intertwined with Law's flashback on the island now, so I hope we get any resulotion on that front this way. Law seems to even remember Sengoku as the person Rosinante talked to. I would love to see Sengoku kinda helping the grandchild of his buddy and the one his pupil saved to escape now that he's freed from responsibility.
Also I love how Elizabello and Doldo are like best friends.

Bellamy is the only character of the three (Rebecca, Barto and Bellamy) with the right history, moments, and attitude to join the crew.
Barto has the strength and uniqueness but his character doesn't fit at all (who seriously wants him fanboying throughout the rest of the manga series?) and he haven't been through emotional trouble (and his history is very ambiguous).
Rebecca is weak, she is boring, and she has no history with the crew outside of Luffy and Robin.
Bellamy is strong, unique abilities and attitude/personality, has history with the crew and the former villain, and he has been through a very big emotional roller coaster in this arc. His history is well known, and he did previously have meaningful goals regarding piracy. He does however lack a proper flashback, and right now he is devoid of any ambition and goals. This chapter didn't revolve very much around him either. I think you can remove him from the list too.
I think it was very clear that this chapter very much had the purpose of setting up:
- A proper goodbye to Rebecca, Dressrosa, and the other pirates/gladiators
- Unification with daughter and father (family bonds being more important than public opinion)
- A fun way of having the SHs escape the marine (with both Fujitora and Sengoku being involved, how badass is that?)
- Making Doflamingo & crew's capturing meaningful with important figures

I hope Hawkins and Apoo get rekt by Kaido(their abilities are kinda meh), and then Kidd collaborating with Law and Luffy.. it would be fun seeing them side by side like in Shabondy.

You don't even know what Hawkins and apoo abilities are yet. The tiny little bit we have seen, I would hardly describe them as "meh"

I remember someone pointing this out a while back, but this particular female Marine seems to be the the previous owner of Tashigi's sword, Shigure. Tsuru used to have the same dark blue hair Tashigi does, so I wonder if they're related or at least Tashigi was personally trained by Tsuru's fleet.

Oh it just occurred to me, I think Luffy is going to mark Dressrosa down as one his territories in the New World and King Dold will approve, as well as the citizens and Gatz will help him announce it, for two or three chapters straight the people have been asking about Lucy too. This will be his "middle finger" to the marines (and thus the world government) once he leaves and they're going to be questioned about such affiliation in the upcoming reverie where a lot of rulers will back Luffy's corner. Hm, he's already marked Fishman Island as his so…

I liked all the stuff with Fujitora - Sengoku and Tsuru showing up was a lot of fun and their interactions with Manshelly were cute.
On another note, Rebecca really did end up in a dress by the end of the arc! Isn't that great!
"Girls really do look better in dresses than suits of armour!" Her entire character is the worst thing about One Piece in it's entire run.
I also did like Luffy's Tri(?)-polarity and the classic running-away from crowd (marines) scenario, like in Alabasta, Skypiea and Post-Enies Lobby. They're obviously going to get away and Luffy either reveals Kyros is Rebecca's father or just says his farewells.
I wish I would care about Kyros, Rebecca and Riku as much as the narrative wants me to, but the Strawhat stuff was fun.

This was quite an enjoyable chapter with Sengoku and Barto as the highlights. Besides the escape and Luffy saying his goodbyes,etc… I still want to see more on how Law feels after all this as well as some more on Doflamingo's fate.
The "girls look better in dresses" part was a little cringey though, could have done without that.
