Most of the blame can be placed on the not-so-great mix of Lawson and Harden. I'd like to give my Celtics all the credit in the world but that duo was constantly out of place defensively and made Bradley look like he's on the level of off-ball threats like Korver/Redick/etc. Lawson is pretty much putting up Beverley numbers on offense and can't play D. Harden's lack of efficiency has hurt the Rockets but his shot is going to start falling eventually. The only guys that looked good from the game I watched were Ariza and Jones, who are supposed to be the 'other guys' in the starting lineup. McHale got let go too early. I'm assuming the Rockets have already been talking to candidates since the start of the season; I doubt this interim coach will be at the helm for more than a week.
I'm anxiously awaiting the Celtics' game against the Hawks next Tuesday on TNT. Hopefully we don't stink the bed too much offensively so people can see that they are a very entertaining team to watch. Eh I don't really care for analytics, there was no prediction for the Celtics disrupting passing lanes to oblivion to constantly force turnovers. And surely nothing about Sullinger, Olynyk, Turner looking decent on D.
I was annoyed getting matched up with the Cavaliers in last year's playoffs because I knew the Celtics could have made it a 6-7 game series against anyone else in the conference. It'll be the same case this year.
The last Warriors game i watched was against the Pistons(when they were winning games) KCP really had Steph's number for a while but GS's defense made the difference in my opinion.
