I'm really scared that the Sanji plot thread will lead to a Duval sized joke, but I want it to be something sort of serious. Oh well, if it IS a joke, its sure to be hilarious.
I could see a serious Sanji story being pretty hackneyed if it was a lost prince thing, but I'm willing to take that chance if Oda is down to take us there. Oda…

haha, yeah, thats what I mean, though! Naval battles will never happen because next to the weirdos with superpowers, their fighting capabilities seem lame. In a world with Akainu and Kizaru, a cannon on a boat is like "what?"

I'm guessing Spandam finally got exposed for the idiot he is, Lucci rejoined and was promoted just for fighting on par with Luffy considering how strong/relevent everyone sees Luffy for now, and Lucci requested that Spandam be his subordinate for revenge.

Lucci has always been loyal to the WG and it was only by Spandam's orders that they were hunted. I'm guessing Spandam's father had a lot to do with this situation in some way.

If Jack is a No2 of Kaidou, it would make him on par with Marco, which would actually be a viable threat.
Still though, he'd need someone else equally strong on his boat to match both Isshou&Sengoku

(not to mention Otsuru, who scared the living daylights out of Doflamingo to have to keep running from her)

Sanji 'only alive' status is rather interesting. It's the first in the series. Does he have some kind of informations that the WG or marine desire? Or does he have a purpose that the WG or marine wants to use?

Amazing chapter. I laughed out loud when Barto's ship was shown. Nice to see Zoro at 320 million. Sanji being alive only makes those weird theories of him being a Prince or someone really important have some serious weight now.

The faceplate doesn't look the same and I think to be Kaidou top dog he probably has some years of service but I'm all for bringing back the other East Blue villains that we never heard about anymore, also might be the shitty scan quality but Jack has no eyebrows and Morgan has I believe.

A nice chapter. "Going Luffy" and the statues were a real good laugh (especially Usopp's ), and this time it does feel that we have at last completely wrapped up Dressrosa.

Having old CP9 members in the CP0 is kind of a letdown, though. It was already bad enough that there would be a super-secret CP0 on top of the already-super-secret CP9, but recycling to the point where we're going to see the same agents ? Meh.

Can't help loving Oda's troll with Doflamingo's eyes, too, although with all the attention he gave to those glasses it would have been nice to push further and finally show us what's underneath.

I'm also excited to learn more about Jack, but if he does manage to snatch DD and his cronies from no less than Sangoku, O Tsuru, and Fujitora, they will appear like a bunch of clowns once again and I will find that quite disappointing :sad:

The 7th warlord isn't shown in the picture. What everyone is referring to is part of Buggy's coat. Green Bull is right below Akainu completely blacked out (due to MP scans).

I hope we eventually get to know the others bounties, Sai, Hajrudin, etc, we know they got a 50 increase but we don't know how much was their bounty before that, I think the only ones we knew was Cavendish and Bartolomeo.

Nami's hometown being destroyed was just a random incident..the pirate age was in full swing and I can imagine pirates going around pillaging..fighting and Nami's town was part of it. Plus she was too young for it to matter to her.

Sanji, we don't know where he came from when he was on that ship and I've always thought that it was something odd.

He gave him the Vivre card ofc he is doing something with him in the future, he is reappearing for sure.

Also really? you were expecting Oda to give 6 pages to Bellamy? I liked Bellamy character development this arc but he isn't more important than all those characters that got scenes together, not 6 pages dedicated to each of them.

Nah..Luffy has never given anyone a heart to heart talk in the series and too much shit was happening for Bellamy to bother anyone with what he's feeling. So he just smiles because he owes Luffy that much and like he said he'll figure shit out later.

imho the "only alive" thing is because of Caesar…seems like everyone wants to get a hand on SAD, and as of now Caesar was last seen by the navy with Sanji and the rest of the crew...might be simpler than we think

Downright excellent chapter, this is the reason I read this series in the first place. The only bounty that bothered me was Usopp's, it should have been 500 million, making him equal to Luffy. Also, lol at Chopper going from 50 to 100, Oda will probably keep this as a running gag with Chopper's bounty never increasing. Also, does this make all the people who crossed into 100 million new supernovas? Or was that just the pirates who hadn't entered the grandline yet?

Again though, fantastic chapter and the cliffhanger this time is so interesting I can't even speculate what Sanji has done.

That's why his posters were always strange, Oda wanted to keep it secret until now. I think he had same Sabo's destiny and he was escaping from his family before meeting Zeff…The way he dress and look can be a clue also.
