Welp, I did it. Sister and I went and voted Friday night at AZ's last day of Early voting.
!
I've done everything I can do. Still scared of the potential outcome, but I've finally done my part.
So, in an effort to make myself feel less scared I've been looking at a lot of different news stories and poll aggregates and it's really painting a bigger picture and making me feel better.
Early numbers in Florida and especially Nevada are looking good. They're on-par with what Obama was getting around this time in '12, and that had him winning Nevada by 7 points. Hillary wins Nevada and she's locked this in. She could even lose New Hampshire and those two idiots in Washington can do their little bullshit protest vote and she still wins.
On top of that, Latino voters are WAY up too. It's looking like he's only gonna get roughly 18% Latino support overall. For comparison, Romney got 27%. Turns out you can't just say all Mexicans are rapists and expect Latinos to vote for you.
Overall, she's outpacing Obama's 2012 numbers from around the same time.
So not a valid reason to kick back and relax, but definitely good signs.
