So is your whole blog going to be about Love, or is it going to be more broad?
If it's going to be devoted about just Love, you should figure out what kinds of things you want to write. It might be good to have a spot where you say what you plan/hope to talk about. Are you going to do articles on various philosophies of love, the history of love, examples of love in fiction, real world experience whether through you or seeing your friends go through various experiences? Is it going to be only romantic, or will you be talking about family love or love between siblings or pets? Blogs do well being a bit broad, but being specific.
I started my own blog last year, and here's a few things I will tell you from my experience. You are probably going to have a number of ideas go through your head. There are certain things you will want to talk about that you feel will be important to you. The trick will be getting it down in a concise manner and not be too wordy. Sometimes you might struggle to find an exact thing you want to talk about. My suggestion would be to write down any thoughts you have about your blog, and keep them all together. That can help you decide later on what kinds of things you might want to do. The biggest thing is that life will get in the way, whether because other responsibilities will come, or other factors. I've struggled to make one post each month so far, since I have some other priorities, and when I have free time I don't feel like writing stuff.
One other piece of advice I would give is type a rough draft on a word document. After that you can mull over how you would like to expand on things or word your piece better. Then start typing the second draft on the word press. Read over it a number of times over a span of a day or two before deciding to post the article.
Good Luck, and I hope the advice makes sense.
