What episodes do they start off from on each movie? I want to start watching the movies but I'm only on episode 161.

It's not really important. The movies are standalone – that is, they are self-contained stories that have no connection to the main plot.

If you're already on 161, then you can feel free to watch any of the movies in any order at any time, really. The only people I would tell to watch in a certain order would be those who are very early in the series and don't know about the later crewmembers.

Actually Movie 3 doesn't fit anywhere in the anime, the crew has never been Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji and Chopper. Strangely enough, Vivi and Karue do appear in that movie's special.
