I did, its my first time buying from BIJ too. Other then one of the zoro scultures ive been pretty happy with all the ones ive bought. The only problem is pretty much none of them can stand without their base so thats double the space they take up.

I was very surprised, did anyone else know that barnes and noble sold prize figures? They had everything from master stars figures, scultures, king of artist, creator x creator, and more

the prices were high, but at that convenience near my location im not that bothered by it if i can find ones i missed out on every once in a while.

I also caved and ordered Boobie Nami ver. 1 from Louis. I have to say his ordering system has been streamlined quite a bit. Her pose and colorful bikini are nice and she'll go well with the Robin I ordered from BIJ. Haven't had money to burn for a while now so I'm happy I can get the figures I want for a change!

That is an awe inspiring collection Lexiy! I'm especially loving the DBZ figures. Just started rewatching old episodes on youtube, it's still entertaining after all these years.

HLJ has a sale right now too, so I am thinking about picking up either milky ball Nami or the Creator x Creator series Nami.

I also had problems with neck joints,once ot got stuck in the head and i lived a nightmare to got it out and placed it into the body…

Sure! I will grab my phone and make some quick pics.

My Nami B.B. figure from Louis arrived today. The quality of the plastic seems to be pretty good and I am happy with the colors aside from her hair which I thought looked a little faint. Personally, I like this figure a lot more than the Crimin bikini one, though I am biased since I don't actually own that one either. But for the most part I have enjoyed collecting the One Piece girls swimsuit figures, so that's why I bought her. I just wish they had made more Robin figures, but when the B.B. version arrives I will post pictures for her too.

I apologize for the grainy quality of my photos, but it is very cloudy today so the lighting is bad.

I like the sculpture finalists they look amazing though I am fairly sick of Law at this point. The Barto ones look great and are potential buys for me!

So I recently went to Japan and bought these:

Going Merry and Thousand Sunny model ships which you need to put together with tons of little parts. I wanted to ask, if anyone has experience in putting together models and figurines, do you use any special tools? I saw the store was selling special needle nosed pliers and such, but I was hoping to get away with using a regular pair from home and a boxcutter.

I think i will get it when i have extra money,he looks better than what i thought too.
I don't listen to what people says on MFC, this place is filled with people who believes they have knowledge when they don't and if you don't leave a good feedback or opinion often have this one user getting back at you,plus every pages turs into a shipping place,no more fun there at all so i left this place.
I think i rather check here or google to try to find better shots of figures i'm interest in,also twitter is helpful.
I will say Banpresto did a great job with various good figures, also praysing them for the strong world Luffy, best Luffy up to date!
As for P.O.P my favourite this year would be Ace limited, as a Zoro fan i would have said his limited too but the flatness of his body when you look at him on the side is deceiving, and i overlooked the nose of the bandana head because in hands it doesn't look that bad.
Year is not over but which figure you really liked and disliked?

If its from the Grand Ship line you don't need anything special, Ive assembled 4 from that line. Tweezers can help with the stickers but that is the only tool I used.

I'm not a fan of white, especially if the other walls are white as well as it kinda gives a toy store kind of feel. For me, I'd go with light neutral/earth colors for the wall and a slightly darker one for the shelving.

Three times a year (might be four but three is a safe bet). Around March, July, November. But I might be wrong on that.

While it's shocking that we still don't have Buggy, I'm not even surprised anymore. ^.^ Megahouse probably decided to concentrate on what brings them most profit and that's most likely not gonna be random strange looking dudes, sad as it is. I have long given up on Megahouse to be honest and found that Banpresto does a much better job in representing the characters in a cool and in-character way anyway. ^^ I don't expect Megahouse to do the same.

On the new POP announcements … that genderbend Law is the worst, really but it's Megahouse and well ... sex sells, even in this form. The Sanji ... HELL YEAH! Love it to bits and hope Megahouse doesn't mess him up. I love sitting poses and it's Sanji and the face looks good so far and damn .. I'm a woman, okay? Those abs ... _ jepp ... Definitely gonna buy that. Nami ... well, hot. Sure it's fanservice but it's much better than the BB and come on, it's not like it's out of character. That missing ribcage though is horrible ...
