Somebody tell me again they aren't reducing the scale of POPs. I mean sure, we know Katakuri wasn't going to be "scale" per say, but even his head is smaller than Luffys. Come on!

Nice! Finally a reveal! Kinda of bummed I ran out to get Film Z Coby and Helmeppo now. I'm guessing Vol.2 will probably contain a new Lucci.
Other options include Sterry, Charlos, Stussy, Kaku, Roswald, Kuma, Bonney. Should be interesting!

The One Piece Funko Mystery Minis are finally out! I ask my sister to buy 3 of the blind boxes from Hot Topic since they have 3 exclusive ones in the set and she bought me 8. She had coupons and kept buying them until she got Nami for me, then I went later in the week and they only had 1 box left which was very obviously Chopper so I got him. Only missing Robin and Franky for the crew but the odds are greatly against me at this point. Robin is 1/24 and Franky is 1/36. I could possibly get Franky due to there only being 2 heavy ones in a normal box but Robin is impossible to pick out and there is only 1 if that per sealed box. If my sister had bought me the entire box I may have gotten the crew but could easily still be missing Franky. She already spent way more then I was wanting to lol.
Their actually really cool looking and Usopp is my favourite which is rare for me indeed.
Corazon is the only Hot Topic exclusive I got and I don't really care for him. I'm considering selling him and a Luffy double as a set if anyone is interested. Thankfully the only double was Luffy since he is a 1/6 chance. -

Mihawk ver.2 was sold at the end of the same year for 11'000 yen, and he is even taller and has some accessories. They're rising prices way too much, for my likings, and still putting canon new characters as limited while selling regularly new BBs. Really frustrating.

The prices of all collectables is going up! It's insane!! Just had this same discussion on the Figuarts forums in relation to how much Tamashii are charging for recent figures. Don't even get me started on WCF!! 8,000 yen for a set of 6!!

I actually considered getting her. It’s a really, really nice sculpt, impressive and worthy of a Shichibukai. However I don’t have a ton of disposable income right now, and Zoro Maximum was absolutely number one on my list this year. His price dropped quite a bit which surprised me, (I think I overpaid) but I’ll prbably get him a little sooner than I would have with some other retailers.
More likely to pick her up after she’s been released, if at all.

This pinkish Carrot is really ugly, it looks like they wanted to make her appear more human, the "real" Carrot is totally white and that's something that's pretty particular and makes her stand out in the eyes.
On the other hand, I love the sculpt, they got perfectly the character's essence and I don't feel the need for extra accessories (even though I agree with you about current prices). I think we'll receive even the Maximum Sulong ver. if Carrot will remain relevant in Wano, and I hope that will come with double face (serious and joyful).Maximum Ace is meh: good sculpt, nice details, disappointing design. I can't see this as a worthy Maximum, it's just an Ace with some flames around. I didn't expect an huge Entei as Tsume's, but something more related to his fruit and astonishing for sure.

Yeah, it's the usual case of anime colors over manga colors. I noticed that when I got my WCF Carrot as I wasn't expecting her to be pink. I haven't even noticed it in the anime to be honest, lol. Oh well. It's not a huge complain. Lets see how she turns out!

Its so weird. I keep seeing all of these figures like the Robin, Nami and Hancock from this line and Shirahoshi and Vivi from the other Glitter and Glam line and am like 'wow, these are out? Nobody said anything!' dunno if it's just not a popular line or what

^ I've just never been overly fond of female characters in anime. Call it personal preference, but the predominately all male casts of classic Shonen like Hokuto No Ken or Kinnikuman appeal to me more. I only purchase female characters to "complete a set" like Shichibukai, Strawhats, etc.
Also, I stick to manga canon, so characters in random clothing/swimwear doesn't make sense to me. Kudos to those who like them though. The QC is good, i'll give you that!
In other news, Banpresto have FINALLY revealed the secret WCF's for next month and I'm so glad it's a different Luffy and Katakuri to the 50th Anniversary set!!
Planning on making this my last WCF purchase of the year as we're starting an attic conversion soon. Currently in the process of boxing up all my figures! (OMG I have so many POP's!!!) Once we're done i'm going to invest in some proper detolfs and start setting all my figures up again next year!
