@IORI_17:
All in all MegaHobby was a nice event with a lot of cool new figures, but from One Piece point of view it was poor with only 2 new figures shown. At least we didn't see any new BB, so it's getting better.
Luffy Snakemen was expected, given how they're going hard with the Maximum line, but Hina is a nice surprise. I love having side characters, she may not be more popular or prominent than other characters but she has two arguments that MegaHouse considers crucial as a selling point (and looks even a bit exaggerated on the prototype).
Agreed. It's slow progress, but it's nice to finally see things moving in the right direction. I just hope these get the support they deserve! Seems there is only a small online community now for POP discussion, although looking at how quickly the aftermarket prices are increasing, there is certainly still a lot of people buying them, which is great to see!! I think people like to keep their hobbies private these days
Especially if they buy a lot of BB's!!
Hancock and Hina are the first 2 respectable female figures we've seen since Koala. They are the most "characteristic" based on the source material. I'd even say they messed up with Reiju, as there was no need for that pose. It's the equivalent of giving us a goofy faced Bartholomew Kuma. It just isn't representative of the characters behaviour, so why do it?
Anyway, I'm really looking forward do getting Katakuri, Hancock, Zoro, Hina and Snakeman Luffy next year!!!
