I'm fulfilled. Dreams do come true.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part II: Do the Dio Walk!

Well he went out with a bang.
-
So this is where all the Killer Queen's budget went.
NICE. -

NICE.The price of animation has really exploded these days

I kinda forgot why I liked Shigechi, I feel bad now, he was the trigger to find Kira, and almost ran away with it… I feel bad now.
-
That Aya Tsuji foreshadowing…

Despite being a greedy, self-serving kid, he was still a kid who saw Josuke and Okuyasu as friends. Seeing his death and Reimi's reaction was a gut punch, especially since if this was bad
! I cannot wait to see the reaction when Rohan "bites the dust" and how they animate Reimi's reaction
Finally I give you this via the JoJo Reddit:
-
Next friday has no weakness. Can't wait.
-
That episode was legendary. I laughed. I cried. I was scared. Shocked. For the first time in a while I'm watching something that touches me emotionally, which is hard to do for a guy like me. And it looks like the next couple weeks is going to be more awesomeness.
-
That foreshadowing oh and why is Tonio looks like he has the hots for Aya..
-
Diamonds are unbreakable is legit stuff. I am really happy that I haven't read manga farther than Stardust crusaders so I get extra pleasure exploring this anime…fantastic episode.
-
Did anyone get Kakyoin vibes when Shigeshi died?
Both got killed after succeding in discovering the Main Villains secret…
-
Did anyone get Kakyoin vibes when Shigeshi died?
No Kakayoin was actually likeable:ninja:.
-
I just want to praise the voice acting for Shigechi, magnificent.
I thought Kira would be standing out the most in this episode, as he looks and sounds very menacing, but the desperation, fear of death and courage in Shigechi's voice really got to me, especially that last scream was heartbreaking.
This episode might've surpassed even the rat episode, the most intense and suspenseful episode so far for me. -
Roundabout should have played at the To Be Continued.
-

I miss Roundabout…
Anyway, loved the episode! Killer Queen looks so much better this week, thank goodness, and Kira's "Dame Dame Dame" line was chilling, loving the voice actor.
-
Wtf…That school girl. "Let's leave this bloodied hurt kid alone, he's totally creepy."
I didn't like Shigechi as a character so I can only feel so much from him but still. He did good in the end.

I get that there are real life situations where people can be totally apathetic to injured persons, but I can't imagine something like that happening in school of all places. Streets maybe, but school? Seriously? If they didn't want to deal with a creepy-looking wounded kid, they could've at least gotten someone else to tend to him.
-
Jojolion;
CH43 = Suspicious activity in Morioh stadium with the fruit (Aishou picked up a fruit within 5 minutes of entering/exiting a particular section of the stadium), Tsurugi wants to explore it with Josuke, Yet to tell him as far as we know.
CH 57 - Rockband shown at the end…They looked cool and wouldn't mind seeing one of them as a stand user, with a fight in that stadium.

Could it be…Red Hot Chilli Pepper's Return?!

Yeah, that didn't make any sense to me either. At first that one girl wants to call a teacher, but then is immediately talked out of it? Okay, I know the Bystander Effect is totally a thing, but this wasn't an old lady clutching her chest as she goes down to a heart attack on a busy street, this is a kid who's gushing blood and looks like a firecracker went off a half-foot in front of his face in an uncrowdd hallway. I'm just going to assume that only Stand users can see and hear Killer Queen's explosions to handwave the rest away.
I notice that no one bothered to invite The Lock guy to the Stand User Powwow.

The words didn't make Kira out and out:ninja:.

I guess the short stubby kid with the spikes on his head wasn't attractive looking enough.

Jousuke and Okuyasu didn't seem to hear it though.

Tamami must still be in the Hospital after Hazamada bricked him.
-
This was the best episode of part IV so far and actually made Segechi's death emotional for me while in the manga it just made me feel like "well that sucks". Very powerful episode.
-
Could it be…Red Hot Chilli Pepper's Return?!
「Dark Necessities」are part of Araki's design
-
Koichi is an idiot. I really wish Jotaru was the type to give a "bitch please." I don't know why he suddenly got cocky thinking he could not listen to someone who's vastly more experienced.
Also damn I forgot how broken Kira's stand was.
-
Well so far Koichi hadn't seen a experienced stand user, so he belived to be able to help unfortunetly Sheer Heart Attack has no weakness and if not for Act 3 he would be dust just like Shigechi.
Also I'm waiting for act 3 to drop the B-E-A-t-C-H-A. -

He only reserves that for his mother:ninja:.
-
That's way I love the internet. -
This was a fantastic episode…excluding Koichi. Someone throw a muzzle on that kid, Jesus Christ. I hope Yuuki Kaji enjoys getting paid big bucks to screech his ass off for a half-hour. Other than that the music that played when Sheer Heart Attack first cornered Koichi in the kitchen and when Echoes Act 3 first appeared were great, as was hearing the old Stardust Crusader theme again when Jotaro was trying to destroy the tank. Plus I think Kira vs. His Very Heavy Hand is my favorite fight so far in Part 4.
-
If Sheer Heart Attack was so sturdy that it cant be broken by Start Platinum then how did it liquefy in Jojolion, when the Tamaki guy used Vitamin C on it? I mean they are from completely different person and from different universe, but SBR Kira's SHA should be at the same level as this universe Kira.

I don't think the fact of how sturdy Sheer Heart Attack is played a part of how Vitamin C was effective on it, just like Act 3.
I guess SHA does have weakness,

It might be that Vitamin C can liquefy anything and that is like an absolute power. Or he liquefied Kira first which caused SHA to melt. I couldn't understand that panel.
-
Could be that it can resist physical trauma but other "abilities" can still impede its progress

I always assumed that he said that regarding it´s "tenacity" and resistance to physical attacks.
Especially Tenacity. That thing will not stop unless an ability complete shuts it´s mobility, and even then, it will always be ready to go back to action. -

! Damn, what a great four part of Kira. Forgot how intense this part was, and can't wait for the finale because that was even more intense. Also reminded me why Kira is my favorite antagonist of any part, guy who wants to live peacefully that's messed up in the head.
! Great on Josuke for luring Kira into that trap. -
Also. Hot off the press; we're getting a THIRD OP
-
I forgot how awesome was Koichi calling Kira an idiot.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Also, the return of Stardust Crusaders. Hot Damn!
-
Kira got the Steely Dan Treatment.
-
Holy shit, that was without a doubt the best episode in the season. I don't even know what to say right now. Araki is a genius.

Yeah of course i dont mean to forget them, ive never heard of this studio realy until the JoJo series but theve blown me away. Their quality of work literally keeps improving every part. But whats been holding my attention lately is the plot and character design (especially Kira) and i suppose we have Araki to thank for that.
Though i love the music choices in the anime and David Prod is in charge of that.
So im thankful for both the studio and the creator.

I'm watching episode 23 with friends right now and it occurred to me, is Sheer Heart Attack the first time we've seen a remote Stand? I can't remember offhand any Stardust Crusaders Stands that we remote the was SHA is.

Wasn't Ebony Devil a remote one?

I don't think so. I remember the user still had to be close by, didn't he?

Empress, Judgement, and Anubis could have been automatic remote Stands as well since none of them needed conscious acknowledgement and direction from their users to exist and function.

I was looking it up on the Jojo wikia and it did mention those three. Though I'm not sure if user-less stands like Anubis and Cheap Trick aren't a category unto themselves.

True. But Empress seems pretty similar to Sheer Heart Attack though. Even with how once they're inhibited or defeated, the user is affected despite having no idea what is currently happening to the Stand. Empress' user got killed when Empress was destroyed, and Kira's hand was dragged down by increased gravity like Sheer Heart Attack due to the latter being a manifestation of Killer Queen's hand, which is in turn connected to the host.

I'm so looking forward for Kira playing Face-Off in the anime. I appreciated they rushing the landlord scene.
