Doflamingo Moonwalk animation at the start, some filler for a change with Kyros, pretty neat, more fluid animation for secondary characters such as civilians, fantastic animation for Sabo, Bart exposing himself too? Can't get much better than this!
Bellamy prelude is a nice touch (though his walking animation looked really bad). Episode had great pacing, maybe not as much with Doffy's scenes. The music/sfx build-up at the end with Law sounded odd, what was it, trains? Enjoyable episode overall, five times better than last week.
EDIT: Any guesses if next week will cover a full chapter?

Just like Luffy's case, Child Law is Kamiya again, huh. For a moment there I thought it's the same with Child Ace's voice, Daisuke Sakaguchi lol.
Since his somewhat "meh" debut Satoshi Ito seems to be finding his feet and establishing himself - this episode was for the most part directed rather nicely, with quality storyboarding and artwork backing it up. Takagi is such a variable animation director. By himself his art style isn't all that great, but when backed with good directing/storyboading and budget the detail is pretty good, even if his character models aren't very consistent. I noticed that Shuuichi Ito was the number two key animator in the list, so I assume his influence was key to a number of the better-animated scenes, like the Sabo/Fujitora clash.
I didn't expect Kamiya to still voice Law's younger self, but he definitely has the range for it. The voice acting in general was pretty enjoyable this week.

I know they hardly ever get actual kids to voice kids but
! at a certain point when the flashback comes I guarantee there will be a very noticeable "hey why does this one kid sound 40" moment
! Sakaguchi's voice had a certain quality that could pull Ace off but all I heard in this episode was Penguin-san
Minor complaints:
In the filler scene Barto just whipped his dick out, and we get no reaction of disgust from Robin or Rebecca?
Luffy looks very Jewish here. Since when has his nose been bigger than his eyes, ears, and mouth?
They totally dropped the ball with Kyros walking normally instead of skipping. Heck, they even added double footsteps to it. How did this bad scene even make it in the episode?
I thought the sounds at the end were a nice touch. They gave the feeling that the memories were really intense for both Law and Doffy.
I liked this episode. It's crazy how consistent the anime looks. Most of these eps have looked great imo

Totally necessary. For those who read the manga, upcoming events will make no sense unless it's established via animation how the hell this guy dashes around on one leg.

I wasn't but I see what you mean now. I thought you were talking about when he was hopping around in the city. And yes, I agree that it's a bad error that should have been checked and removed.
