Saying Darth is one of the only non-circle jerking OP fans around here is not true. At all.
Dressrosa in particular has been gathering equal parts praise, indifference and hate. Each week, you have a number of posters saying they're excited for the upcoming fight, and the exact same that'll say "I don't care anymore, just get done with it already".
Darth was (¿still is?) just the poster child of all these complaints cause he participated in these weekly crusades of Darth vs. the World (not Dio's, mind you) without fail for the past 5-6 months, but that doesn't mean he was the only one showing dislike for current One Piece.
I bet Darth's smiling right now wherever he is, touched by the kind words everyone has to offer. For the rest he's readying his magma fist.
Honestly, I'm a little worried what Luffy vs Dofla is going to look like.

Smiling or not I think he should look at this situation and learn from it.
If its april fools - great idea from mods - he was getting really arrogant and hellbent on complaining lately more than ever before. Unability to talk back to all comments on him in his usual way and brushing off is kind of cool.
So if he was banned so discussion on him can start he should take a good look not only at people that dislike him or like him but on idea of picking him for todays ban. And take that as warning and a lesson as well as good joke on forum.
I admit that seeing him banned made me laugh a bit. Though tomorrow with new chapter he will be most likely back and complaining at stuff for many many pages.
Admitting Darth does not reappear, I will probably miss him. He had sometimes interesting points in his arguments. Although I do think his quality as a poster decreased little by little. Pretty normal considering how many time he had to face MK or CDF on arguments while fending with other posters. It was only a matter of time until that manage to overcome the polite tone of his firsts posts and make him be more harsh and overcritical in his posting. He still hold his cool head longer than I would have expected.

I'm sorry, but there's no sympathy from me Darth had it coming to him. his constant nagging and nitpicking every freaking chapter was annoying. I put him on my ignore list but it really doesn't matter because everyone is constantly responding/arguing with him that it's like he's not even ignored. I also didn't like his condescending tone if your argument wasn't up to his elite standards. The guy argued for the sake of arguing, being critical is one thing and I can respect that, but I swear he actively tried to find things to argue or nitpick about. In my opinion he was a cancer in this forum and good riddance he's gone.
Kirk, Magi and Amol are also gone now.

So interesting conversations are just disagreeing with everyone constantly? even when people prove you wrong? you dont see anyone saying anything to Daz and other members that have disliked chapters recently or disliked things about chapters recently.

I must say that Robzilla seemed to have the most interaction with him that I saw of all the mods and had far more patience with him than I would have.

It will be fine, no one poster is bigger than the forum itself, the conversations flow quite well without him he just tended to take the thread over as if his opinion was law and everyone else's were not worthy… bit like Akainu himself I guess.
He may not have intended to come across that way but that was the end result and as various mods have said he had plenty of warnings.

Ah my mistake. What I meant was interesting to me. I always found darth arguing to be entertaining to read, and if I'm being completely honest I was impressed by his intelligence, or at least perceived intelligence.

I remember Foxy and his admirals, Sterlok from "everyone is sabo" and the Samourai duo, but somehow i never noticed Chopperman being gone.
Darth's idea of constructive criticism was constantly whinging on the same nitpicks and blowing them way out of proportion over and over.
You had the chapter two weeks ago where Law "died" (which we knew was not going to stick) and he kept harping on it over and over how it sucked because the end of the chapter relied on a degree of concern for Law and how there was no tension (never mind how well presented the scene was or even god forbid looking at the rest of the chapter) and Oda is awful for ending his chapter like that and therefore the entire chapter sucks and has no redeeming value and this arc sucks because Oda still hasn't explained what Fujitora is doing and yadda yadda yadda, rinse and repeat every goddamn chapter.
There's a reason we don't single out other posters who give negative comments because they give balanced, constructive critcisms where they're clearly looking for something postive and want to like the series and when they complain, it's usually about something different or told from a different perspective. Darth's "constructive" criticism felt like a guy who would hate a chapter no matter what, that he would look for something minor and petty to blow out of proportion and any positive comments he made were very few and felt more like he randomly chose them to try and present the image that he was fair and balanced instead of the nitpicky belly acher that he was.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, good riddance!
