hey! i'm working on a paper about colors in cartoons and I'm currently writing about pink villains in toons. Actually if you could name any cartoon villains you can remember, that would be great! The more the merrier and the person who names the most gets a big hug !
Cartoon Villains!! (help me with my thesis)

Off the top of my head, Fuzzy Lumpkins from Powerpuff Girls and Krang from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were pink colored villains; as was Lots-o-Huggin' Bear from Toy Story 3 and Cyril Sneer from The Raccoons. And while not being the color of her skin, Darla Dimple from the Warner Brothers film Cats Don't Dance had a pink color scheme. I'm assuming that you're looking for villains of western animation so the likes of Majin Buu and Donquixote Doflamingo wouldn't count, correct?

So…ANY villains? Not just pink villains?
And do they have to be straight up villains, or can they be mearly antagonistic/nuisance characters? (e.g. Roger Klotz, Kanker Sisters, Angelica, etc.)
Can they be from movies or anime? What about comic book or video game adaptations? (in which case, you can add Birdo....wait, was he in the Super Mario show?)
Well, for pink characters, I'll add Madame Mim from Sorceror's Stone to the list. If you're looking for any cartoon villains, then see the spoilered list below.
! The Lich - Adventure Time
Mandark - Dexter's Lab
The Red Guy - Cow and Chicken
Mojo Jojo - Powerpuff Girls
Him - Powerpuff Girls
Flintheart Glomgold - Ducktales
Negaduck - Darkwing Duck
Don Karnage - TaleSpin
Simon the Monster Hunter - AAAH! Real Monsters
Pete - Disney in general
Father - Kids Next Door
General Specific - Sheep in the Big City
Aku - Samurai Jack
Boris and Natasha - Rocky and Bullwinkle
Yosemite Sam - Looney Tunes
Zorak - Space Ghost
Yellow Pinkie - Secret Squirrel
Quark (partly pink) - Super Secret Squirrel
Dick Dastardly - Wacky Races
Mr. Crocker - Fairly Oddparents
Vlad Plasmius - Danny Phantom
Dr. Zin - Jonny Quest
Gargamel - The Smurfs
Mentok the Mindtaker - Birdman -
While not necessarily pink in their color scheme, if your writing about pink villains has anything to do with their effeminacy, you could also use Him (Powerpuff Girls), and Maximillion Pegasus (Yugioh).
Can't really think of any Pink colored villains from western animation that I can recall.

The Lobe from Freakazoid is the only one coming to mind right now. I guess other brain-based villains, too. Mother Brain in Captain N? Captain N was a totally legit show, right?
You want just any other random villains, too, you say? Off the top of my head (obvious or otherwise that haven't been listed yet):
Gargoyles: David Xanatos, Demona, MacBeth
Venture Bros: The Monarch, Phantom Limb, like about half of the cast
Futurama: Mom, The Robot Devil
Courage the Cowardly Dog: Katz, Dr. Zalost, LeQuack, Freaky Fred, also a bunch more
He-Man: Skeletor and his posse
Teen Titans: Slade, Trigon, bunch of others
Over the Garden Wall: The Beast
Sym-Bionic Titan: General Modula
Megas XLR: Gorrath, Magnanimous
Avatar: TLA/Korra: Ozai, Amon, Unalaq (pffffffft), Zaheer, Kuvira
Gravity Falls: Bill Cipher, Lil Gideon
Archer: Barry
Frisky Dingo: Killface
The Tick: Chairface Chippendale, The Terror, bunch of others
Clone High: Principal Scudworth
DCAU: Take your pick of DC villains, really. The Joker's animated form gets special mention
Generator Rex: Van KleissCan/will think of more in the morning.

Shrimp Louie from Street Sharks is sort of pink. But you can just throw him and the rest of Dr. Paradigm's Seaviates in the "any villain" category.
-
Below Average: anime villains are ok esp if they are more famous
Nobody: yep!! Any villains, tho if anybody can think of more pink guys!
Def gonna talk about Him from PPG and pink and how some of his creepiness kind of stems from the notion of being uncomfortable with inter-gender characters
You guys are great

Does Black Lady from Sailor Moon count as pink villain?
-
Is Starscream pink?
-
How about Señor Pink from One Piece? Or Tamago and Pekoms for that matter. Would Zombie Oars count as pink?
Beast Wars2 Galvatron was pink, tho moreso in the anime than the toy.
Koopalings Roy and Wendy O Koopa are mainly pink also.
-
Falion from Sailor Moon was pink, though she only appeared in one episode, that I know of, so I'm not sure if that's any help.
The main villain of Gadget Boy & Heather was a giant, pink, six-armed … thing called Spydra.
There was a pink minor villain in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends called Berry that was in a few episodes.
Hosshiwa from Happiness Charge Pretty Cure! had a pink color scheme. Eh, kind of reaching for that one. I don't think I can think of any pink colored anime villains as famous as Buu, sorry.

Do video games factor in at all?
I know your work is in animation, but there's a lot of overlap in the storytelling of each (primarily as audiovisual media).

Here's what I've come up with about pink villains so far.
Shadow Weaver from She-Ra and the Princess of Power, Mondraggor from Pandamonium, Zarana from GI Joe, Professor Poofenplotz from Phineas and Ferb, the Beagle Babes (there are three of them but I can't remember their names) from Ducktales, Anastasia from Cinderella, and the Crazy Cat Lady from Kids Next Door all wear pink clothing.
Venger from Dungeons and Dragons was mainly red though there were pink elements to his costume; same for the Pincushion Man from Balloonland if I remember correctly.
The Chief Blue Meanie was beaten when he sprouts pink flowers; the Cactus King in the Elm-Chanted Forest more or less went the same way though he turns pink and sprouts flowers.
Sinestro originated in the comics but is the best known villain with a pink color scheme.
I'll keep adding to this as I think of more.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Villains wearing pink clothing seems to be fairly common back in the '80s; Roxy from Jem and the Holograms had a pink theme, King Bullrush from the Smurfs wore pink robes, and Morag from The Ewoks had pink elements to her cloak.
Also, Jinx from Teen Titans has pink hair.
There are some characters that I keep thinking had pink in their designs but it turns out to be either be purple or inconsistent coloring. Shockwave from Transformers is like that; his grill is sometimes purple, sometimes grey, and sometimes pink. Same for Scorponok and Galvatron; sometimes their purple parts occasionally appear pink because of the colorists.

For pink villains I'd like to add Star Sapphire from DCAU and Madam Maragaret from Kids Next Door (whose motivation was female dominance and wanted to turn all boys into girls)
-
Going through Disney films, there's Pain from Hercules that's entirely pink. If you're counting sidekicks, there's the shape-shifting pet thing from Treasure Planet.
Both Ratigan and The Sheriff of Nottingham have pink stripes on their costumes costume plus Prince John always has a pink gem directly above his face in Robin Hood. I guess it depends on how much pink you want in the character design. I think Ratcliffe has a costume change in Pocahontas that has pink in it while Yzma does the same.
A lot of material has Shock from Nightmare Before Christmas in purple though it looks more like pink in the film to me. There are a few here and there that don't have much pink in their clothing but do have it elsewhere. King Candy has a ton of pink items because of the plot; his castle, his car, and scepter all have pink.

Pig and pig-themed villains
tbh I couldn't think of too many off the top of my head outside of Animal Farm (does that count?) but searching around gets me Chuckles from Dave the Barbarian, Jean Bon from Courage the Cowardly Dog, Hoggish Greedly from Captain Planet, Porcina from old MLP, and uh, maybe the cops from Fritz the Cat.
Thought there would be a lot more than that. I guess pig villains are more of a video game thing.

Orson's brothers from the US Acres segments of Garfield and Friends would also count.

Going back to Dragonball, Dodoria and the Buyon were both pink, though both of them were just henchmen without much to them.
If you're also using comic book adaptations, Galactus (the Fantastic Four villain) wears a pink outfit.
Ms. Grunion , from the Mr. Peabody and Sherman film that came out last year, wore pink as well.
And if you really wanted to count them as villains, Diamond Tiara from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Helga Pataki from Hey Arnold! but they were both more mild antagonists than full-fledged villains.
Hope any of my posts helped you out and good luck on your thesis!

The Kzinti from the Star Trek: The Animated series in the episode "The Slaver Weapon" had pink uniforms… Because the director was colorblind.
[hide][/hide]
One of my favorite episodes of that series acctually.
