Pretty good episode.
They should've used a different sound effect for Surge Elbow and Sabo's Dragon Claw. I can't imagine how many people are going to think that it was Conqueror's Haki.
I loved how the "Hadou elbow" was animated.
And the fact that we see blue sparks prove that Sabo and Burgess actually use CoC.

Yes, it is armament haki. I'm just commenting on how they used the same sound effects here as they did in the scene with Luffy and Chinjao where they used Conqueror's Haki
Fantastic episode,I was so stunned that the animators were on point for everything in the episode. Really liked filler with Franky,Dellinger and Senor Pink at the end,hopefully they don't make bastille look weak. More Senor&Delly please!

Great episode! I can see why they pre-empted Lao G and Sabo v Burgess for this episode. Probably the first One Piece episode in a long time that was almost non-stop action.
Clash between Shockwave Elbow and Dragon Claw was hype! Very reminiscent of the Luffy/Chinjao clash in visuals.
The replay gag with Lao G was good directing on Komaki's part. A funny "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" moment".
Some padding nd repetetive moments with the Franky and Pica battles, but at least it was entertaining to look at.

The episode was great. Lao G's part was awesome, and I'm really happy, that it got good animation.
To think that this episode used content from 3 different chapters, total being just 12 pages of content. Animating the off-panel scene filler really helped and the pacing was great.
Pica looks creepy, episode was a surprise anyway!
The directing for this week's episode of One Piece was amazing. Nothing felt cluttered, drawn-out, or even boring. This should be a standard.
And like the general consensus, the animation was on point, especially with the action scenes.
I felt, contrary to last week, that this week's Pica scene's were weak. Everything else though was just as has been said: great. The Lao G slomo replay was the best part; really unexpected, funny, and a creative interpretation of the source material.
I like how Lao G is shown in anime- he is quite entertaining, very cool character.
He also seems to somehow boost himself if his legs shake like that and when he barely sees and still manages to be so freaking fast..
That was good. I never expected them to introduce fillers this awesome.

Both last week and this week, I found Pica's segments really weak. Though to be fair, I kind of expected it. It would require way more effort (and animation-budget) than Toei is willing to spend in order to truly do his powers justice.
Other than that though, this episode was really good all around.

I hate pretty much all of Doflamingo's subordinates. Well, Vergo and Monet were okay, I guess. And Sugar gets major bonus-points for telling Trébol to go die last week. Plus she doesn't seem to have a painfully unfunny joke to her that Oda feels the need to repeat every time she's on screen. And I guess Pica hasn't really done anything to annoy me yet either, but he easily could, depending on how Toei handles a certain aspect of his character later…

Pretty much… Though somehow Doffy's crew always stood out to me as being exceptionally obnoxious in their quirks. Like, usually I can just ignore it but in the case of these guys, I'm just actively annoyed by them.

Man, Lao G's scene was fun. The slo-mo explanation was straight-up hilarious; glad to see Toei doing some good filler once in a while.

Changes in atmoshpere, water surface being disturbed, sparks flying as if those 2 are tasing eachother… Manga had some sparks flying, like every time Haki attacks connect, but it didn't have any of the added special effects anime team decided to throw in. Is this how every clash is going to look like from now on? It's almost like a parody.

That was a wonderful episode! I especially loved how they switched between characters, it was so smooth!
But yeah, of course there was a ton of things they could've improved, but compared to usual Toei standard… I'll take this any day. It actually felt like an episode of One Piece. If they could do this quality for every week, I'd be happy.

Lao G stole the episode for me. The character was done pretty much perfectly by the anime.
Wicca also remains one of the characters whose filler fills me with joy and happy feelings, she is extremely cute. Now I'm hyped for Kinemon's disguise xD
