Usopp:
Impact star: He shoots an impact dial at his enemy

Chopper;
Sakura Blitz: Uses horn point to toss someone in the air, then hits them in the air with strong point

Robin:
Triente wedgie; Wedgie to 30 people

I almost don't want to bump this but… Usopp shooting an Impact Dial seems somewhat feasible. But I'm sure he'd be clever enough to figure out how to get the shockwave if you will from the dial to travel along the shot w/o actually launching a potential weapon at his enemy.
I'm waiting for Nami to use a real tornado attack, and with the wind knots it seems like she might in the future
And just once i want to see Franky able to actually make a mecha Tactics 15 Big Emperor, just to take the gag further. But after that one time I'd hope we never see real mechas in OP again.
OH and it's not an attack, but I want to see Franky powered by an energy drink! That could make for epic lolz if done right.
