Chapter 779: "Final Fight"
-
-
Look Darth.
Fuji done something. -
I'm really curious who Koala means… It can't be Trebol cuz he is with DoFla.
We see people behind Koala beaten up while she is herself hiding.
My guess Burgess is there for a rampage, cuz he is still pissed... Or CP0
-
Do Amingo?
Seriously. -
And… Mangapanda skips the page with Zoro's training flashback, thanks Mangapanda.
-
Panda again, what happen to the first few pages?
-
Look Darth.
Fuji done something.Yes. He has off screen stopped the rubble. Everything has been worth it for this one moment.
-
And… Mangapanda skips the page with Zoro's training flashback, thanks Mangapanda.
Panda again, what happen to the first few pages?
It's somewhere in the middle
-
Well that got properly Panda'd up. Last three pages were still utterly fantastic though.
-
Despite MP's screw up with the first page, I really liked this chapter, especially the last few pages! :)
-
PAnda's gonna panda. Switched pages, terrible translation and again with Law's past thing…. Some of the dialogue was ununderstandable. Sigh.
-
Panda again, what happen to the first few pages?
Here is the right order… They fucked up Zoro's page in between somehow
-
"I will forbid you from drinking alcohol until you learn to control your haki while I drink this cup of wine in front you."
-

I definitely think it's either CP0 or Burgess.
-
Thanks for the link - this one sounded interesting.
-
So Doffy is immortal now? Cool
-
Mangapanda did it again, pages out of order…
Man it's getting tiresome.
-
-
Trebol: We still have Manshelly. Bee hee hee.
Random Thug #1: They took Manshelly from us.
Trebol: WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN?! BEEEEEEEEH! -
Another break? Fuck
-
Looks like those giant legs will stand there for centuries to come, and tourists will come to see them, take a picture, and hear the stories about the best swordsman ever, Roronoa Zoro.
-
I liked this chapter.
I think I will read 5 times a day. -

This would be great
Zoro's nickname should change from 'The Pirate Hunter' to 'The Titan Slayer' -
It looks like We're going to wait till the next update to find out how badly Law looks if Dolflamingo is confidently calling him dead at the moment. I'm going to be not surprised when Law shows up alive in the next chapter .
Overall, the chapter was alright. I enjoyed the mini Zoro and Mihawk flashback . -
I liked this chapter.
I think I will read 5 times a day.Really?
…

...
...Well, people have the right to pick their own poison I guess. -
No problem… Enjoy it
Well I would if I could understand what was going on - Thanks for the pages in order - but the translations … left a little to be desired.
-
Manga can't even scan properly.
-
I love how "Law's dead?" is part of Doffy's dialogue bubble, and then the editor comment repeats the same thing.
If you can make sense of the scanlation, chapter is definitely cool.
My bet's on Burgess as the one Koala's worried about. Though, Oda, it's cool that you tell us Koala's supposed to be a legit ass-kicker, but would it kill you to show it? Just once?
Really?
…
...
...
...Well, people have the right to pick their own poison I guess. Not a chapter I'm specially ecstatic about, but it was definitelt good. No need to be so poisonous yourself.
-

Yeah manga is shit… But at least in order...
Still sad that PowerManga is so slow... Not able to cathing up
-
Really?
…
...
...
...Well, people have the right to pick their own poison I guess. You not liking the chapter is ok. Please do not attack others for liking a very decent chapter. That is wrong.
-
Mangapanda sucks, what's new?
@Farsighted:It looks like We're going to wait till the next update to find out how badly Law looks if Dolflamingo is confidently calling him dead at the moment.
I'm predicting that We'll add a gunshot wound, hella blood loss and missing limb to things that the people in One Piece can survive .
Overall, the chapter was alright .Law must look really bad if Oda didn't want us to see him this chapter.
-

I do not attack for liking a decent chapter. But reading a Panda version of that five times honestly seem like a masochism to me.
-
Law's beaten up body will just be used to fuel Luffy's anger towards Doflamingo. After the fight Law will be cured by Manshelly.

Law must look really bad if Oda didn't want us to see him this chapter.
I would guess that Doflamingo cut off his leg this time and Law is too tired to move or do anything like stopping the bleeding..
So Law is there defeated on the ground bleeding to death. He wont be finished off offscreen but he is at death doorstep more than Bellamy, thats for sure.
Seems like we will get quite dramatic ending to Dressrosa and person that Koala is afraid has to be Burgess or Hakuba.
If its Hakuba then he will deal with Trebol, if its Burgess then somebody still has to deal with Trebol.I would like if Burgess gets to Luffy vs Doflamingo at its later stage and asks Doflamingo if they can make a deal or something with him giving him Devil Fruits etc for helping him with Luffy, then Doflamingo is like "Mkay(I will kill you later)" and we get to see Sabo going at it with Burgess, pushing him to retreat after making A LOT of effort.
-
God I hope Sabo doesn't arrive to save the day. I really dislike him.
-
I wonder which one is going to be worse: Finding out that psychopathic killer Doflamingo is incapable of killing half dead Law, or if Law actually been killed and Oda is going to break his long policy and revive him with the dwarf princess.
Place your bets now!
-
Finally the Final battle of the arc it was a tiresome Arc time to finish her
-
Still sad that PowerManga is so slow… Not able to cathing up
Even if we did, we don't have a translator on day 1.
-
I really like how Oda did the return to Luffy beating Bellamy the same way he did in Jaya, and lots of the face panels this chapter were very well drawn, very dramatic.
Also the mini Zoro and Mihawk flashback with Mihawk drinking in front of Zoro while forbidding him to drink was A+
Pretty decent chapter, very excited for what's to come (and also to read it in a version not from Mangapanda hahahaha)
-
Chapter is good and all but Mansherry will just heal both Law and Bellamy…:getlost:
-
Entry of Burgess would make more sense than any other character for the situation that Koala was referring to. CP0 can also very well guard the place from intruders coming to the palace so that's another option. Why would either of them convincingly help Dofla at this point remains to be seen.
-
In the last page I think you could see a reflection of Law in Doflamingo's glasses. I might be looking to much into it.
-
Mangapanda theme song…
"Oops I did it again" -
You know what will hurt like hell after all this talk of being a man, fighting to the death and such? You do, don't you ?
Seeing Bellamy all healed up and pampered either in the next cover story or straight at the farewell party :getlost:Seriously the drive behind their fight is really powerful, but after all the precedents we've had of not-so-leathal fatal wounds I do not dare believe what I'm seeing. Did Luffy really off him?
On a side note, it's a shame Fujitora's only move had to be off-panelled.Showing his intervention in the last chapter would have made the flow of things immensely better and the whole "cleaning up the flying mountain" a lot more plausible.
As for the cliffhanger…Well I simply don't care whatever happened to Law, he's had it coming for like 50 chapters now anyway.
Aside from this, I enjoyed the chapter. Zoro's training memory was well-timed, the parallel with Jaya was well executed, the art was good and the psychological drama between Luffy and Bellamy is strong. It's a shame we'll have to wait two more weeks before we find out what comes next

Why would Koala be afraid of Hakuba?
-
-
All other D's need to die to make room for Luffy
-
With this chapter this arc has just reached 80 chapters in length. Just thought I'd share that.
-
"Law's dead???! LAW'S DEAD?!?!?!??!"
I fuckin' wish. Worst bait ever, Oda. Apply yourself.
