If you're looking for an action manga, this blows anything that I've found within the last few years out of the water. It's got great world building, the right amount of mystery, and a colourful cast of characters.

Wow, I really love the drawings of team Alex. (It reminds me of Blacksad). Only that the drawings of human faces are just really good and got strong characterization, so it's really nice to see beastmen and humans talking and working there… This sequence is a little jewel, isn't it?

I thought it was the end, but Alex saying that the case is no over clears up it's not. But I wonder why it's not over? Necro and her son solved the main crux and they both got punishment for all they did.

If anything it's a ritual known in the Middle Ages, and it's called Osculum infame. It doesn't come from Dorehodoro or another manga, but from european folklore.

Love the art on this one. An amazing argument for black-and-white as a superior medium to colored comics.
The art style reminds me of Digger in a way. Hopefully it'll stick the landing.

I actually agree with this, but only during action scenes. Sometimes it´s a bit too difficult to understand what is going on.
Other than that, it´s top notch.
Chapter 44 is out.
This manga is getting creepier. But I feel it's an interesting change; a bit darker but the plot is getting more solid since it keeps working on the initial premises. The only thing I wonder about is… how Alex is going to be the hero here? I mean he's still the protagonist. Or it's Franky and Necro? Who is going to beat the buttler? Or maybe Pete? But somehow, I still read with the idea that Alex is going to be more relevant apart than being a cool crocotective.
