While Dressrosa has a ton of flaws, it has not lacked in the character and character design department. My question is, what are your favorite characters this arc?

Definedly Bartolomeo. Although I like Doflamingo family too, expecially their past designs were great.

Man there have been so many new characters this arc that I love. Bartolomeo and Cabbage are probably my favorites, and very worthy finaliists, but there are so many others who have neat designs who I always like seeing, Lao G, Dellinger, Dagama and Elizabello.
However there are some characters who I don't care for like Rebecca and King Rikku.

It would have been a toss-up between Bartolomeo and Don Chin Jao.
But then Kanjuro showed up and done stole my heart completely. -

This is a hard pick…
Bartolomeo has definely set his mark in the series without doing all that much. I'll never forget the moment when the looks-like-a-typical-thug barto suddenly became the Strawhats no.1 fan. I really like characters that betray their appearance for a variety of reasons, so Barto hit home the moment he started fan-boying. Its amazing how after all these years with such a huge cast Oda still manages to create fresh and appealing characters. Cavendish is also memorable and hilarious for similar reason, I had NOT expected to shojo knockoff to appear in One Piece. That was probably one of the best moments in the arc.
Gladius, Dellinger, Sugar and Diamante also stand out from the crowd, along with Chinjao and Elizabello. Those boxing gloves did it for me.
I'd also say Baby 5, but she was introduced in Punk Hazard...Lastly, Corazon. I like his style, so far he's been pretty funny and its interesting with a persumably mute character.

Bartolomeo is my favorite but I also really like Gladius, Fujitora, and I think I'm gonna like Corozon.

Sugar and Diamante from the DD Family.
Fujitora is cool, but unfortunately i don´t think he we will see that much from him for the rest of the arc.Kanjuro is amazing
I guess from the Fighters i would pick Cavendish.

This arc is full of great characters…
Those who immediately come to my mind are Bartolomeo, Kyros, Diamante, Fujitora... I also love Wicca for some reason. Her fluffy blue tail is so cute.
Can't forget Cavendish, Sabo either. Also Gladius, Sugar and Corazon although the latter hasn't gotten much screen time yet.
Contrary to a lot of people, I actually like Rebecca, Riku and especially Viola, and I despise Dellinger from the bottom of my heart. -

I like pretty much every new and relevant character except Riku and Rebecca. I don't exactly dislike them but I see them as less interesting plot-characters.
Favorite would have to be Bartolomeo.

Cavendish. I just like to see him on panel. His grudge against Luffy(seems to be gone), his mini fight with the Don, the speech in the arena and seeing a strong non devil- fruit user captain( one of my regrets with the 11 supernovas).
I also enjoy Kyros straight-forwardness, and I almost forgot Gatz which is highly enjoyable.

I voted for Barto because I wasn't expecting much from him when he was introduced and he has grown on me. I also like Cavendish, Kyros , Baby 5, Fujitora and Corazon and Kanjuro.

I love so many characters, and yet I've been disappointed in this arc by this many… Fujitora takes the cake in both categories though.

I always knew Barto would be a definite favorite. I liked him at first because of his punk attitude, now i like him because he's just a helpless fanboy.
Dellinger is a close second.
Everybody else is great but not really memorable. -

Obviously, the Donquixote Family take the spotlight here. Every and single one of them rocks (with Diamante doing it literally). Their quirks, their abilities, designs, they are perfect. I also like Bartolomeo very much.

I don't know why but I have a soft spot for Suleiman. And I really like the Donquixote Pirates, especially Dellinger , Diamante, Senor and Trébol. And Rebecca.

This chapter made it Corazon for me, but the whole Doflamingo family has its appeal. I especially love the last two chapters where it just shows panels of them going on raids together. It's nice to see them working fluidly and efficiently back then, before they all went to Dressrosa and got lazy and (most of them) fat.

Voting Barto's now too mainstream since he is officially the best character of Dressrosa, and since I hate Dellinger I couldn't vote for Diamante's army. Corazon it is !

It is a really close call between Bartolomeo and Corazon right now.
Bartolomeo is cool because, without ever meeting the straw hats before, he is willing to fight for them. He believes in Luffy, and once they all meet up, he is immediately ready to give his life for the man who drove him to the sea.
Corazon because of his tough act. I think he is mean to children to drive them away from Doflamingo. The reason for this is because, I think, Doffy is looking for a "D" and so he takes in kids he thinks might be D's (why the heck is a BABY on their crew)? As we saw in 763, Corazon believes that D's should NOT be around Doflamingo, and so I admire the risks he subsumes in trying to drive them off.

Cavendish…I believe Oda has big plans for him in the future I like how the hakuba wildcard is out there and he is at the moment "allied" with Luffy but what happens if hakuba appears after/during the doffy fight is interesting.

The Donquixote family, every one of them has a crazy and interesting design.
Especially Diamante, Buffalo, Baby 5 and Dellinger.Honourable mention to Bartolomeo. Seeing his crying face now in colour on image memes in my news feed made me realise how far behind One Piece I had got, and I caught up accordingly. Thanks Barto!

Sabo and Corazon introductions really do bring in the feels. I am quite dreading the chapter that he gets killed by Doflamingo, his relationship with Law is one of the best in the series…

My favorites are the Tontatta Dwarves, which is why I am so hard on them for how badly they failed at Operation SOP. I don't care if it was their "thing" or "gimmick" or "character flaw", THEY were the ones who knew everything about Sugar in the first place so they should have known how dangerous she was and how stupid it would have been to clearly alert her of their presence and waste valuable time in which Sugar would have easily turned all of them (and Ussop) into Toys by expressly stating what they were there to do. If someone else had done all the bean-spilling on Sugar, and they just didn't pay attention to it, I'd be more forgiving of this.
But this was seriously the biggest letdown I've had with One Piece since the day Kuma separated everyone at Saboady (correct, that moment made me stop caring about One Piece temporarily).
