I was hoping to help people choose their favorite characters more efficiently and here is the result: what I have created for you fellow APers is a comprehensive list of almost every character in One Piece. Each character is placed in the arc they are introduced. Have a happy time ranking.

Usopp is #1 by far, then there are a few characters that I really like (like Noland, Tom, Whitebeard, Gin, Perona and Hannyabal) but I'm not really sure about the order. After that there are a whole bunch more, so there may be some characters who would have ended up at #16 or #17 or even #25 who I like just as much as the ones on #14 or #15.

It's super difficult to find a female character worthy to be considered top 15. Not because there aren't any awesome female characters, it's just that the males dominate too hard.
Robin's been getting a good amount of mentions. Nami's my all time favorite character but of course she's getting few listings. Other than that, I guess not many are worthy and it is a male dominated series.
How long do we have to make a list? This will be tough.
