Um, Zar is pretty clearly referring to Carue, who I think we can all agree is basically a completely superior version of #7. This is an amazing match, and I always admire the work and creativity that goes into these things, but I think you have to admit that that was, in fact, a shortcoming of design.

Some these were clearly chosen for the character and not by it's legs that's why I'm in the opinion that legs number 4 shouldn't even being in this match.
I call discrimination! Just because my favorite legs in this series happen to be octopus tentacles and they're not listed, while talons get to participate!
