Whoa, Guyvers so old I didn't think it had any fans anymore. Awesome. The live action movies kinda sucked but boy did the anime rule. Man, now i'm gonna go hunt out all my old Guyver VHS tpaes and watch them now.

I'm a Guyver fan. I finally got to see the old Guyver OVA ("Our of Control" - I think it came out before the anime series) a few days ago.

The manga was finally being scanlated, but it seems to have stopped. It didn't even get anywhere near where Viz got (the group only finished like 3 chapters…Viz at least got like 7 volumes or something - and I haven't tried ordering the Singapore english version yet either).

And I also want to see the new anime series.

The first episode is subbed already. Go!

Anyone know how far along the manga is now? Sidenote; the new series is ,oving slower than the old OAVs. Good because we get more development. Bad because we have to wait longer. Oh, and no more Zoanoid data files with the action figures == stat down.

In Japan the manga is at volume 23, the US at 7.

There is a company in Singapore (I think) that is translating the manga into english also…they recently released up to Volume 7 (which is where Viz stopped many years ago), so hopefully they will keep going.

Yeah, the shipping costs are the main problem. I still plan on importing, but unfortunately, the website that sold them seems to be down at the moment (hopefully just for the moment anyway)…and most other websites that sell them make you order over the phone and stuff, which can be a hassle.

And I'd like to know about where to get the new series as well. Although if the file is too large, I won't be able to.
