I love it! Then again, I rarely dislike Oda's covers, so its to be expected.
But I like the experimentation. The spiral motif is sweet and gives the volume a really cool effect. Luffy and Law can stand whilst not being the only characters on the cover. And its nice having something less crowded for once. The entire cover flows quite well, and overall, not only does this stand out from Oda's typical covers, it stands out from most manga covers in general (at least the ones I've seen).
Also, Barto, Leo and Robin are golden. Robin needs to make those faces in the manga.

Sometimes it can be easy for me to forget why OP is top dog, but somehow look at it from far away and being unable to read the text shows that Oda is good at telling stories in comics, regardless if you have beefs with the actual story being told in the first place.

I think Bartholomew is read as "bàrtolomi(e)u" while Bartolomeo is read exactly as it is written, like an italian name.

So, yeah, Oda, draw them as kids. They´ll fit.
