Studio Ghibli is the studio Hayao Miyazaki either made or works in. He did Nausicaa, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, etc. Tweeny Witches, is just a short 13 minute show that the studio made I guess. In any case, movie 6 had a similar look to that show…

I noticed a similarity to that in Movie 6, but not in the series. :/
From the earlier commercials, it seemed like the Movie 6 art was going the way of the digimon movies to me.
 
I'd have to actually see the digimon movie moving. Going off that picture, it looks nothing like the One Piece movie.
Oh~ I haven't actually seen either movies (one day I will darnit), but from the previews I've seen of each, they look very similar… here, let me find a better picture. They have that same skewed anatomy look..

It was only previews though~ Nothing concrete. ^^' Eh, just an observation..
that style of which you speak is "generic korean animation # 3"
a lot of people hate it, but i love it. it worked especially well in that digimon movie (which i have yet to see all of. gimme!) and was okay in movie 6. worked the best with the character d.j. the killer kappa kid.
but it left the crew looking like starvation victims. which was beyond creepy.
its a really pretty, loose and fluid style when used as well as it was in that digimon movie.
but i digress. korea animation style
