Watching for sure (in no particular order):
1. Log Horizon 2 (the first season gets the social engineering of MMOs very right, I was surprisingly pleased with it. Its devious hero is quite the treat to watch.)
2. Parasyte (fucking obviously awesome)
3. Psycho-Pass 2 (please, pick up the pacing guys, I can get my GitS fix nowhere else. Urobutcher stepping back is not a problem because the guy picking it up has a serious sci-fi pedigree)
4. Fate / Unlimited Blade Works (recently did a rewatch of FateZero and then FateStay with the lady. Shiro is a still a twerp, but at least UBW confronts him in that respect. This should be a proper adaptation; moreso than either the Studio Deen FSN or the pretty wack UBW movie)
5. Gundam (…seems like this might really be the time to jump in? Set in a new timeline, and directed by Tomino of all things! The man is 73! This might be the last Gundam written by the original creator of Gundam! I kinda... have to watch it!)
Watching for maybe?:
6. Mushishi 2, Season 2 (I might not get to it this season [I'm clearly already pushing it because I REALLY am gonna watch all of the above] but by all accounts Mushishi is stellar and I just need time to get to it all. :V)
7. Nanatsu no Taizai (I really rather like this manga, but I really rather don't like what A-1 pictures did to Magi & Ao no Exorcist. Cautious.)
8. Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis (looks pretty, but it's based off a mobile game. Leery.)
Watching no way no how:
9. Terraformars (No. The design of the cockroaches makes me uncomfortable on a couple levels more than I hope the author intended. I can only imagine the memes now. :-I)

oh yeah, right. New season is coming up. Few additions to what I might follow depending on how they turn out. Still gonna check out Psycho Pass, Log Horizon and Fate Stay Night, but also looking at Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis and maybe Nanatsu no Taizai. Also continuing Sailor Moon and Sword Art Online.
Log Horizon, Psycho-Pass (once I catch up), Mushishi, Terra Formars, Parasyte, Fate/Stay Night: UBW (maybe, we'll see), G-Reco and Build Fighters Try, World Trigger, Yowamushi (once I catch up to last season).
I'll probably check out Shingeki no Bahamut because MAPPA.
After last season I'm going to take it easy and just follow Psycho-Pass 2 and Gundam Reconguista in G. Winter's going to be busy again, given those two will likely carry on while Jojo and Durarara!! are returning then. Dunno if I'm going to sit through Aldnoah.Zero's second cour yet…
I wish I could take it easy this season as well, but there are so many shows that pique my interest.

Okay I read about it and wow what the hell? Looks like it serves no purpose and doesn't even gets a reaction in the next episode. Can't wait for all the reviews on ANN Fall Preview Guide and other places to rip this anime a new one, lol sorry. xD

Might give some of the comedies a try as well.
I will certainly be watching Psycho-Pass 2, Parasyte and Gundam Recoguista in G as they run.
As for Fate/Stay Night and the second seasons of Mushishi, Log Horizon, Hitsugi no Chaika and Gundam Build Fighters I will probably wait for them to finish and come out on BD.
What concerns Seven Deadly Sins, Terraformars and Ronja, I have lost all hope for them whatsoever. Anyway, fall season 2014 is going to be busy.

The fourth Arise part has been released this month, and a new movie will follow in 2015. And as far as Ghost in the Shell goes, I'd say the Arise series is one of the better entries in the franchise.
Together with Psycho-Pass that is enough to sate my cyberpunk lust.
The better question is: can we be optimistic enough to expect G-Reco's opening to be as goddamn awesome as King Gainer's?
After that one, I can not trust a person doing the monkey any more.

Dunno man, Sunrise previously made a robot series occasionally referred to as "Valvrape the Lubricator".
Besides, apparently there are multiple reports of that very same violation scene. Even if it is something else, then it's obviouly framed and storyboarded poorly enough to leave that impression. Also worth noting that this comes from he who made Gundam SEED Destiny (he's the producer) and looks like crap, so I have very little faith in this with or without anal rape.

After bringing himself back to life, he used his miraculous powers to create a distortion of space and time, merging the present day with the early 80's! Not content with this feat of wonder, he unleashed the devastating barrage of his Tominoisms and all which that entailed! He shell-shocked with merciless In Media Res dark arts and laughed in the face of those who would demand comprehension of what the hell was going on with deliberation and glee! He proceeded to disorient them with brutal editing and trademarked brand of Tomino dialogue. He then coated this chaos with goofiness and positivity! People slapped each other!
Tomino looked upon his work. Tomino was satisfied.
No serously guys this show is Tomino as hell, which is something one either loves or hates or loves ironically or all three. Tomino shows generally have wonky beginnings and viewer is given very little information, so we'll see how well everything falls into place. All I can say on that count is that episode 2 was way more comprehensible. Either way, I think this will be a rather fun watch, whether intentionally or not.

Oh btw, I came upon a Tomino interview that explains the setting. The first two episodes on't give you much, so I'll put this here in a spoiler tag, because there are some rather peculiar details.
! Earth got fucked very hard by all the UC wars to the point where Amazon river has last bits of greenery. Humanity is on the brink of extinction and congregates around the orbital elevator. Capital is an organization that controls the elevator, complete with it's military force and religious institution (hence the Pope). The peculiar detail is that humans are so low on resources that they have resorted to cannibalism. In fact, the word "Kuntala" that undoubtedly made you confused, refers to a class of people intended for consumption. That's right, it seems those cheerleaders are food.
Anyone watch the Terraformars anime yet? Is it really as badly censored as I've heard? Cause if it is, there's no need to watch it and just stick with the manga.

They turn AT LEAST half of the screen black. It really takes away from what is happening in the scene.

Keep in mind that barely anything that I wrote can be inferred from the episodes themselves. Cannibalism hasn't been even mentioned, though the word Kuntala was thrown around a couple of times with zero context. In fact, there's very little context on what's going on and who the factions are. It's all really vague and somewhat confusing. It might take a couple of weeks before the show bothers to make sense of itself.
So please be aware of that before jumping in. Also be prepared for anachronism, goofiness and eccentricites of a crazy old man of a director.
Uh, I just finished watching the first episode of Fate Stay Night on a livestream. It kinda looks great. The fight scene in the last 1/4 was great. I think I'm definitely gonna finish it if only for the animation. I mean wow.

Cross Ange is as bad as one would think. Just pathetic. As for Terra Formars, you're better off waiting for the BD version.

EDIT: G-Reco is amazing. It's a great blend of old school and modern. The first two episodes are vague, but I'm sure Tomino will explain things over the next few weeks. (It also helps to read the synopsis lol)
Gundam Reconguista in G This should be interesting, as this is the first weekly Gundam show and I just finished watching all of the other UC stuff the other day. So with those still fresh in my mind I can easily spy Tomino's usual directorial touches…which also some pretty cringe-worthy dialogue, but c'est la vie. The production values do not look like they'll disappoint: everything's bright and colorful, complementing Kenichi Yoshida's art style well, I really like the design aesthetic for the three Gundams (or G's I guess they're called this time) shown so far, and the '80s-style scratchy line work and shading's a neat touch. A welcome change after sitting through Victory. Now that Tomino's no longer depressed and the show hopefully has more modern sensibilities I hope this'll be an enjoyable watch like ZZ was (until near the end at least), rather than well, Victory.
But I swear, if he finds a way to shoehorn another whiny little kid or crying baby onto the good guys' ship…

The story's mostly not at school, iirc. They'll transition away soon enough. The animation and effects though… damn ufotable making it pretty.
Yohohoho! That's good to know. And yeah the art and animation are very impressive.
I've also watched Gundam G. Once I got used to it, the design felt very good aswell. I also like the interactions between the characters. As for the story, we don't know much yet. That slingshot though 
Ufotable is just plain awesome. I've only seen Kara no Kyoukai and Fate/Zero amongst all their works, but I can see they've got ridiculously high standards. And that's good.
It helps that the Fate franchise is a license to print money. But when you look at the abortion of a job Toei does with One Piece and you have to be glad that some studios have standards.
Although, I do acknowledge that making 500+ episodes is slightly different from ~25.
Still though, detectiv conan for example has more episodes than one piece and it has consistent at least good animation throughout. Toei is just cheap.^^

So many series to watch today, Sunday's just got so much better.
Rage of Bahamut: Genesis 01 This is based on a f2p mobile card game. This also undoubtedly one of the strongest premieres so far.
The first episode is actually even better than the trailers would have you believe!
The entirety of the episode was goddamn exhilirating fantasy adventure fun to the nth degree. Awesome action and production values that can give Ufotable's Fate/ Stay Night a run for it's money. A Western-ish adventurous jokey tone with blokes who wouldn't feel out of place in Zorro or something interspered with epic dark fantasy and demons and armageddons and shit. The main trio and their set up is kinda vaguely remind me of Samurai Champloo. You have a wild vagabond and his more refined counterpart who are at each others throats as frenemies, who are tagged along ona journey by a girl. Except this time, those are an underhanded, sly smart ass bounty hunter with an afro, a disgruntled ex-noble bounty hunter with a pompadour, and a mysterious demon woman who can kick in a giant monster's skull.
From what I gathered, the original game has barely any story, so the director of Tiger & Bunny and the fine folk at Mappa are pretty much working with a clean slate.
Hope they don't drop the ball, 'cause they've raised it pretty damn high!

As far as Ange or however it's called, it wasn't as offensive as I thought it would be. It just another mecha fanservice show. The evil brother heavily reminded me of the prince from code geass.

You can if the game in question has no story for the anime writers to be bound to. This one supposedly doesn't. The strength of the show's story is entirely up to the writers. The show might as well not be based on anything.
I am also looking forward to Garo, yet another dark fantasy anime with unusual source material by MAPPA. Garo is based on a Tokusatsu show and has already aired, but a version with english subtitles is yet unavailable.
I guess I will have to check Shingeki no Bahamut. That's one anime over my limit already.
