Agreed that Koala should have been in the poll. She was pretty disturbing at first.
Stelly's my favorite here but I don't find him so much creepy as hilarious.
I have a feeling kid Law will be very creepy once Oda stops teasing us with almost-flashbacks.

Voting for the Goa kids though. Those faces were extremely creepy all the time, particularly when they go and start saying really awful stuff. Particularly Stelly, the contrast of him smiling eerily at Sabo's suffering is just … unsettling.

Well IMO Mr. Beans IS the creeeepiest when we think of what we know they were acting as.
Zurako is just unfortunate girl of the arrogant noble class of Goa, she didn't know any better. She was raised to think the people in the Grey Terminal were trash and not 'real humans', and how do they get rid fo trash? Burn it. Yes, 'it', she was not raised to think of those people as human but as 'it'.

Kid Luffy and Sanji …. not that creepy to me. Luffy was an idiot who thought stabbing himself would impress a pirate. Sanji was unfortunate to suffer from the real horror of beign shipwrecked, stranded and starvation.

Momo- don't know enough about but we do know... he's a perv but not creepyKid Hody - now he was genuine creepy kid but lets face it. He was just a kid raised to hate, he didn't do anything on that hate until he was older, and a soldier.
Mr. Beans- remember this kid despite his age is already an assassin in Baroque Works. Lets remember that Crocodile's method of running BW is that the failures get the boot.... to death by those under them so they could advance. Also the 100 assassins on Whiskey Peaks had a rep, one that caused Zoro to get a bounty for being able to defeat them.
Mr. Beans was part of the attack to attempt to kill Zoro with his partner Miss Catherina. It seemed they had a routine already patented down, implying they've done the act several times.To me, Mr. Beans seems the one kid on here that we can say he was definitely a killer at that young age.
Now that's creepy so my vote is for Mr. Beans -

I used to work in a elementary school library, I'm used with creepy kids.
But I think you're right, what I don´t understand is why there is no Kid Vivi here. I mean, I'd be scared if a girl started bringing explosives to my library.
Even if it was my birthday.

Luffy was stupid kid, yes its a little creepy to prove you're someone's fan by cutting yourself right under the eye… but still is stupid.
Sanji, well I thought it was about a month or two when he ran out of food then went to steel food from Zeff. Yes, a lil' creepy still but not a major creep. I find the human reaction of kid Sanji in that situation the same level as kid Nami joining the same pirate that killed her mom. Yes, some do not count that as creepy as 'she was trying to protect her village' but its a level of natural human response that is creepy but understandable.
Still not as creepy as a kid that is part of a group of assassins though... Mr. Beans is the creepiest.

Found it! Took a while to find a clip with Mr. Beans in it, its not in English but it shows the important stuff, he tries to act like an innocent kid, his partner comes to him lying that they are innocent, trying to get Zoro to drop his guard then gas him.
What's creepy is the acting skill of the kid, and his glee as his partner gasses someone and he uses a gun... this kid enjoys killing.

Well Oda did draw that image in a SBS of all the 11 Supernova(Worst Generation) as kids and had Kid Hawkins using those tarot cards of his even at that age. So maybe in the cards he could… which would make a pretty creepy kid= "Hey mister, I can predict your death!"
Of course this is speculation.Creepiest kid in the magna that is 'official' is Mr. Beans. Even Zoro agrees the kid isn't innocent
