If the parallel with Oden is meant to continue, I wonder if:
1. Yamato will also meet someone who will leave her pregnant;
2. A baby will be born aboard the Sunny;
3. Luffy's journey, for that matter, will take at least 9 more months.
Oda would need to focus a lot on the romance aspect for this to be satisfying so i don't know… with Oden and Toki he avoided this by jumping time but a main character story in the present i think would need more development.

Even with Sanji and Pudding's relationship was one Oda didn't focus too much on with romance as far as shounen went. I imagine he'd be very good at writing it if he specifically focused on it though.

Foxy stops a few things or people from moving while everything else keeps going. In this case it's the opposite: everything stops and one object or person keeps moving around. To do that same effect Foxy would have to expand the range of his fruit to cover the whole world.

Pre-TS Doflamingo was always spoke about "the new Era". It seemed to be a defining motivator in his character. Yet once we get to Dressrosa and it's all about Doffy, we never hear about it.
What was that all about? Did Oda just rethink the character over time? (we had like 12 years between Doflamingos introduction and Dressrosa)

It looks to me like it was all dropped. Bellamy could be seen as a spokesman of that New Era and he was all about "the end of dreams" and having realistic expectations of the world. Nothing like that seemed to carry over after the Timeskip.
Also can't think of other things which would be seen as a New Era to Doflamingo: his reign after conquering the treasure of Marijoa? Kaidou's reign after overthrowing the WG with his zoan army? No clues as to what he meant.
The New Era Bellamy spoke off was that dreams were dead, only nitty gritty pirates would survive, and Luffy proved him wrong.
The DoFlamingo talked about the Era of Smiles before the time-skip, it has now come and Luffy is dealing with it. When Doffy was jailed he talked about the war that would overthrow the world order.
He knew why Kaidou wanted the Smile resource and he was happy to let that happen and laught while the world burned.
Plus, the New Era Bellamy talked about is not the same idea Doflamingo hinted at.
Bellamy thought the next age would be for the strong pirates who didn’t waste time with dreams.
Doflamingo clearly didn’t care about Bellamy’s interpretation and talked about a post-Whitebeard era when war would engulf the world. He strongly believed in “might makes right”.
In Sabaody, Dofla talked about the next era being “of Smiles”. From context we now know he was producing artificial DFs so Kaido could start his dreamed world-engulfing war.
Doflamingo’s capture made the era he envisioned impossible, but that meant the world would fall into chaos. “A throne war” for supremacy between Emperors, Warlords, World Government, New Generation and the Revolutionaries.
The “Throne War” began in two fronts: the Reverie, with the abolition of the Warlords, and Wano, with the Emperors being challenged by the New Generation.

I dont think it was dropped. I think they were simply wrong. A new era were no one dreams? Well Bellamy was following Doffy and Doffy was a lackey of Kaido. He doesn't seem like he cares one way of the other. He tramples dreams and then tortures you until you join him.
When the real new era started, its name.was Blackbeard and he's a dreamer.
Doffy had that thing about wanting to destroy the world cuz he hated it and everyone in it but that really could fit under almost any other person forging a neew era.
Food and hunger has played a central role in both WCI and Wano. In WCI basically everything is about sweets and I don't have to say much about big mums crazy cravings.
In Wano you have the whole Ebisu starving thing and then Udon where people also struggle to feed themselves with the dumplings and again Big Mum in a cravings trance.
Could it be that Oda has been trying to quit smoking? People who cut down on nicotine often get crazy food cravings and perhaps Oda is just allowing it to be expressed in his writing?
I certainly hope for his own healths sake that he puts down the tobacco!

That notion that "43=yomi=yomigae/resurrection" doesn't only appear in the story with Brook's fruit, though. Look at the 430s, the chapters between 430 and 439, before Brook's introduction. That is the story of the death and revival of the Going Merry:
Chapter 430 - Going Merry's last ride. Iceburg reveals Going Merry's request to go out just one more time. Merry's death.
Chapter 431 - Franky's deliver of Adam tree wood arrives. He tells the Straw Hats about his idea of building a dream ship for them.
Chapter 433 - The shipbuilding is offscreened but mentioned.
Chapter 435 - Franky and company are shown building the ship. It is finished after 3 days! (Jesus Christ!)
Chapter 436 - We see the ship for the first time. Luffy asks (demands) Franky to join.
Chapter 437 - Franky joins.
Chapter 438 - Usopp comes back. The Straw Hats are all on the ship.

That's 100% a nice coincidence. With numbers in Japanese having possible phonetic pronounciations it is possible to find anything you want in the manga.
It's a nice way to talk about Merry's goodbye and Sunny's birth, though.
I wouldn't say you can find anything, but what makes this one nice is that we have not one but two instances of "resurrection" with the link to the yomi/43. And both were pretty close to each other in the story too.
I like that Oda avoids the main characters wearing the same exact attire every arc like most stories.

All these years and I can't remember 1 question about Vergo possibly being connected to the Germa clones. Either there's no connection at all or there is and they've thrown away every question because people should be patient and it will be explained later.

Yup. Like every fight including Kaido so far has gone like this:
Kaido in Dragon form gets mercilessly spanked like a ragdol.
Kaido reverts to base form and smashes the shit out of his opponent.
Dragon form = massive floating pinyata
Well, dragon's main advantage is how big they are, which in real world terms mean more devastating blows and toucher skins.
Being big is actually a disadvantage in One Piece, as smaller characters can achieve the same strength and resilience without drawbacks.
I feel the dragon has showed some interesting feats, like the tornadoes, wind blades and boro breath. But it's the "standard form to dispatch mass of weaker opponents". For 1v1, human form is more effective. And Hybrid form, being the sum of all positive aspects of both human and dragon forms, is more fit to go 1v1 against powerful opponents.
I mean, he severed Kiku's arm by breathing…

Yeah I totally get that sort of impatient annoyance feeling especially as it regards to the mystery part of One Piece. I guess I kinda turned that switch off in my brain and am just open for w/e especially since I don't think it's ending any time soon. So to me its just like if somebody was really tired of Wano and got pissed off if the Big Mom pirates showed up or if the top officers got up to fight again cuz they awakened their zoan DFs. I'm just here for all of it enjoying it as it comes.
As for Naruto, agree. I did enjoy the first part up to a point though but it went to shit right after their timeskip.
