The Seven Most Wanted Pirates?!!!

I was talking about this topic in a different forum but I wanted you guys opinion, Which Pirate So Far has impressed you? and which are the Most wanted in your opinion? The most wanted to me tend to be the most powerful which is hard to tell I think the top seven in my opinion are:

1. WHITEBEARD: Matched Gold Roger/ Closes to finding One Piece, nough said

2. HAWKEYE'S/SHANKS: These two are "RIVALS" and Rivals tend to have equal power, Even though Hawkeye's is with Shichibukai I beleive his ''PREVIOUS" bounty will be up their with Shanks!!

3.DRAGON: Wanted Revolutionary by Government/Tremendous devil fruit power.

4. BLACKBEARD: Nothing is known about Fighting abilities he will bring it later!!

5. ACE: He has an awesome Fire Fist, he is incredibly strong, strong enough to match the GREAT SMOKER!!!

6.DoFlamingo: Current Bounty:340,000,000,000

7. Maybe LUFFY/ENERU: I do not like there powers they are suspect.

None of the "strongest," pirates are all that impressive, or at least, at this point in the manga. They've not shown any abilities.

Luffy is probably the most impressive, followed by Crocodile. They're the only devil fruit users that have actually trained their techniques, without simply relying on the base power. In my opinion, that sets Crocodile and Luffy apart from characters like Bellamy or Eneru, who simply use one form of their abilities in battle.

I don't think i get exactly what your asking but I dont think Blackbread is one of the most wanted right now. No one has even heard of him. He wanted to do something impressive just to get noticed.

As for Eneru no one "on earth" actually knows about him. How could he be wanted?

Also DoFlamingo is no longer a pirate so he shouldn't be included. Otherwise he should be above Ace (I Think?) as should Bartholamu (?) Bear.

Niether Ener or Dragon are pirates. And Doflamingo is on the Governments side. As is Mihawk (legally).

Well, as already pointed out, Mihawk and Doflamingo are exempt because they are Shichibukai, and no longer have a bounty. Enel is completely unknown to the marines because he's from an island that is thought to have not existed, so he was never wanted. And he's not a pirate.
I imagine Whitebeard, Shanks, and Ace are high on the list, but I don't see much point in speculating since there there hasn't been any evidence presented yet as to what their bounties might be.

Dragon isn't a pirate. He was never presented as such.
Stop thinking small man. This series isn't as simple as every villain/antagonist/shady guy is a pirate.

But it is so simple as Marine, Badguys, bystanders. Pirates and Dragon both fit into the "badguy" catagory.

Nico Robin has to be on the most wanted list somewhere. The only 2 I could say are on it, are her and Whitebeard.

Robin for her knowledge and Whitebeard for his power.

The stuff he pulled there can't be done unless he has a DF. Not sure what though, either a wind control fruit, or maybe even (my guess) he can completely control the weather.

I remember in the anime when Morgan was talking about the Devil fruit and one of the powers he mentioned was to call storms. That could be it

We don't know that. For all we know, Oda could throw us a curveball as to what makes Dragon's powers tick. The Devil's Fruit thing is just too obvious if you ask me. Unlike other DFs, Dragon's doesn't seem to carry a limit from what we've seen.

I think we're missing the most plausible/ likely idea. Isn't it obvious that Dragon has a souped-up Climatac? He's from the future but when he was young he stole it from his grandmother (the pirate quenn Nami) then traveled back in time Via rainbow Mist. Jeez I thought everyone knew that…

That wasn't the important part. The main idea is that he has a climatac, possibly better than nami's. Usopp met him in Loguetown and copyied his design. Altough losing alot of power in the prosese. Dragon has no party tricks.

Wouldn't Ace be above blackbeard? If I remember correctly, wasn't blackbeard Ace's subordinate? I thought that was why it was his duty to track him down.

Blackbeard has no bounty at all. WG hadn't even heard of him. he wanted to kill Luffy to get attention.

because if not why they have a very high former bounty on their head.....

Blackbeard was Ace's subordinate, but he killed another subordinate, and we have no idea how strong the person he killed was; which means we have no idea how strong blackbeard is.

It actually surprises me how Whitebeard is one of the feircest pirates in the sea, especially how he has tubes and I.V.s sticking in and out of his body. XD.

Yes. Many people, including me, think he started the powerful green gust of wind with what I and 4Kid$ would call the "Wind Wind Fruit".

aah blackbeard doesnt have a bounty
Doflamingo & barthlomeow bear have higer bounty then luffy and i guess mihawk has a higher one as well plus dorry and broggy have a bounty of 100million so its impossible for luffy to be in the top 7
