I'm planning to start a podcast about League of Legends, I want to know what I should have to make one.
Any recording tips ?
Any tips to make a good script (or a guide line) ?
I should put a music in the background ?
Thanks !!!

If you're doing it just for fun just start and figure things out along the way assuming that you'll be the main listener.
If you're doing it to get actual listeners, use decent audio recording equipment doesn't have to be a fancy mic but something that doesn't have constant sound noise and echo is kind of a must to make listening bearable. Audacity should be sufficient for your editing needs.
All the podcast I listen to are natural conversation, at most they'll use a topic list but no one really uses a script.
Don't be afraid to edit though. Also I think in general 1 hour is a good time to aim for podcast length unless you really have stuff to fill more.
Also to attract listeners the most important thing is to be consistent, don't do a podcast every few weeks when you feel like it, do it on a schedule you're comfortable with like every 2 weeks or every first monday every month. ~10-15 sec of intro music is nice(not a must) to ease people in + starting with introductions of everyone (at least name, if it's relevant you can also add background[job etc]) to bring everyone on the same page. Don't put background music into the talking parts though that's just distracting.
Also I think when starting a podcast if 3 people seems to be a very good number, with 2 you need to really have people that can speak well, with 3 or more it's a bit more convenient to drive a podcast.
Since you mention league of legends specifically, not to be a downer or anything but even if you're doing a good job if you don't work inside e sports(don't have to be a caster if you have high level play insight that's good too) or at least games in general to offer some kind of unique insight(or have guests that can do that), the number of listeners will probably be very limited.
There's a fan podcast for dota (dota insight) that's pretty much what I think you want to do, but because they're just fans they're is actually not a lot of informational value in the content they do.
