I was also going to say, there's been an anime crossover with One Piece and Toriko and DBZ, I hope Pokemon isn't next. On the other hand, that would be just amusing enough to justify its existence.

She's a bland character. Which doesn't necessarily make her bad, that's true.

On-topic: that Oda doesn't resort to any silly cliches when it comes to the important moments in the story.

She's got a pretty rich, involving backstory that links in with a lot of the current arc.

She's always acted realistically and within her characterisation.

Her design is pretty close to gladiator Nami, but apart from that, there's not a lot wrong with her.

So yeah, an actual analysis of my opinion.

There's the obvious similarities between then, and maybe Roger used his Gomu Gomu in such a complex way that no one could even say he had it.

Fusions, different summons, all kinds of stuff. And the latest anime introduced another type of summoning.

That still wouldn't make sense. Why give them the same fruit without displaying the ability's signature moves (i.e. stretching)? Besides, the only complex usage of the fruit that wouldn't give away its attributes is Gear 2nd. And even that move strikes me as something that only Luffy could come up with.
