It could be funny to troll a new One Piece reader: "This is how Nami's gonna look like after the time-skip". Hell, it's actually plausible with the way she dressed in the early part of the series. One thing is turning Koala into another Nami face (her eyes used to be fully outlined, now they're half outlined, and what happened to her distinct mouth wrinkles/cheeks?), another thing is giving her the exact same hair color. It isn't dangerous to make a female character a brunette, Oda.
Oh, that was today's petty complaining (except for the fact that it's also about time for Robin to appear on a cover after 11 volumes, but maybe volume 76 since she isn't really that important in this one). Otherwise, I'm actually really fond of the cover's composition and choice of characters. Some of the best we've had in a long time.

Burgess and Pica do not have the same body or hair. Pica doesn't even have a haircut.
Their outfits aren't even close to being the same. Literally, the only thing they have in common is that they're both wearing speedos and gloves.
Pica has a helmet. That's standard gladiator wear.I don't recall Oda coloring Burgess before.
I think you're looking too hard to find similarities.

I thought Pica was Burgess at first on the cover. I'm not making some "clever" remark about how they look similar; I genuinely thought he was Burgess at first.
I thought Pica would have blonde hair and Koala would be wearing darker colors. I do like the orange dress, though. It reminds me of orange creamsicle flavored desserts.

Law sulking on the cover just makes it perfect, even with the odd choices in some coloring. While I like the red on Koala, it wasn't expected, and her hair color was even less so. Thankfully she doesn't look like our other orange-haired lady, but it's still hard not to make the comparison either way.

They both have abnormal bodies proportions and same hair colors. We have long legs, long arms, so maybe we can have big chests-small legs

Burgess's arm-to-leg proportions really disturb me. Like, he has these huge arms but fairly average legs. It makes it seem like the growth of his legs has been stunted, and I just wonder "How can you walk like that?" It's disproportionate in a scary way.

Hey no need to spout nonsense. The problem isn't that they look alike. There isn't any character in the entire serie that looks more like Burgess than Pica. They do look alike (to the exception of the face, the voice and the spikes, which is already a lot alright) but again it's not the problem.
The problem IMO is that many guys consider their resemblance to be a flaw. Why ? I don't know, for me it isn't an issue.And Law's hair aren't blue. Or was it a joke ?

Pica is much more muscular, his shoulders are much bigger, he has spikes, his arms are longer, his hands are much bigger, their attire isn't even remotely similar.
And yes, the person who complained about it literally wrote in purple that they have the same hair color.

If I might add my 2 cents on the Pica and Burgess similarity though, I both agree and disagree.
I said this before that it's not just females who have the same body type, which most males in the series are buff. Males do have more variety but having the same size however, does not mean they have the same body type.
Pica has broader pecs, their abdomens are different, his legs are more toned, his forearms are wider and his shoulders are like boulders (
).To help explanation, I'll put these two here.

This is my favourite volume cover in a while, it feels a lot less cluttered than some of the recent covers and the art is really good. It's also nice to finally get Fujitora coloured by Oda.

Ok so this is what's going to happen in the next few chapters.
First Law and Luffy will fight against Trebol and DD, then Trebol will catch Luffy with his sticky stuff and DD will take a control over him with his strings.
Then it will be Trebol, Luffy and DD against Law, but Cabbage will come and take on Trebol.
After that DD will control Luffy and use him to defeat Law.
The last moment before getting knocked out Law will manage to cut the strings and set Luffy free.Then Luffy will defeat DD, extreme diff.

Yeah, Koala's more roundish eyes and her mouth are less emphasized there (also, because of the angle I think), but it's still a pretty cool cover. Also, the cage in the background is a cool touch.

And I suppose since this is a prediction thread and there's not really much left to predict I say this'll have chapters 743 - 752. Based on the pagecount it's prettymuch a given though. The Law flashback teaser will be a good cliffhanger for the book readers.
