Sometimes Mellow by Tomi Akihito

Tomi Akihito is for me such a nice discovery! His art is simply fantastic. All his known series are Echii, but his art is not fantastic for the amazing well drawn panels about beauty and stuff, but because his art is powerful in telling stories. He has that kind of magic that a brilliant photographer has to take the master picture. But, since he draws, I'd say he has such a great imagination to choose the right angle, the right detail, the right expression, all of it to tell nice stories. It reminds me of Irei Aki's art (Ran and the Gray World), but, to me, the impression is even greater (in terms of art).
Sometimes Mellow is a collection of eight short stories; each one is a little jewel on its kind, and I'd bet each one would put a smile in your face.
