I mentioned how the birdcage could actually be in a sphere shape meaning wherever Issho will move it, things will get sliced. I don't think it's a basic semi sphere.

Since we are all way too eager for the next chapter, I'll just post this little something I find intriguing if correct: (and hopefully wasn't posted in the last 40 pages that I didn't follow for obvious logistical reasons)

Thanks to PowerManga's release, I noticed something interesting:

in the middle of the page, on Pica, you can see a sort of a bump. at first (mainly: Mangapanda release) i just thought it is the liquidy shape of the rocks that we've seen before caused by Pica. But now, this bump somewhat resembles a shape of a person to me. Additionally, because in the middle panels Kyros starts attacking the Doflamingo's marionette, and the next panel Doflamingo appears : My Suggestion is that Doflamingo came out of Pica (in that page).

And to further theorize on what was happening (even more of an opinion), when Pica disappeared in ch. 743 it was for Pica to make a good ol' Switcheroo of Doflamingo with the marionette ASAP since everything is going down the drain all around. And it could have been possible to pull of because there is so much panic in the castle.

And I'm well aware this could be completely false and just me looking for things in anticipation for the next chapter after a (golden) week brake.

p.s. I just got it: Every pre Golden Week chapter we get a color spread, Miss Golden Week has the ability to essentially spread colors.

Let me explain.

At age 23, Robin entered the Grand line from West Blue (7 years ago after the timeskip).

With the timeskip, 5 years ago Alasbasta experienced drought that only the capital, Alubarna wasn't affected by.

Then 4 years ago with the timeskip, the King was framed to be using Dance Powder by Baroque Works. This is also when Vivi infiltrates the organization.

That year gap between Crocodile recruited Robin then created Baroque Works and when the drought started in Alabasta would also make sense with the planning and preparation needed in order to take over the country.

I don't believe the rain starting to fall again was a coincidence after Crocodile was knocked unconscious. I imagine it similar as when Ace was in Drum Island and snow did not fall that day.

Which makes sense due to Logia powers coming from Nature, but if you do want to believe in Smoker's perfect timing and decision to use the illegal "Dance Powder" to which would solve none of their problems, then feel free.

But then I have been rewatching past OP arcs and watching Luffy ballon them(cannon balls) back made me wonder why they weren't made of sea stone. Hmmm #SBS-class question. Also, the idea of him having a marionette in his castle, where he can hide behind a huge variety of things, isn't unreasonable, but the idea that he could do that out in the open air and actually react to things in real combat (he'd barely be able to see what was going on, with how far away he must've been) is entirely unreasonable.

He probably has his marionette waiting in the castle somewhere at all times (I doubt he spun it on the fly; even if he had really fine control over the strings, he still wouldn't be able to get stuff like skin color perfect right away). Then he just left it on the throne so he could pick it up later.

String clone main purpose seemed to be being storage for string needed to make Birdcage. Its like Mingo had it ready to use so in dire situation he doesnt have to create all those strings as it would presumably take a lot of time but he can simply activate Birdcage out of his clone strings. So he took it out in case he will need to use Birdcage. Also string close seems to be something more than simple doll as it was mimicking all that Doflamingo was doing- that would somehow explain how head in Picas palm talked.

True but I was already aware how easily people could mistake that scene, but that translation isn't exactly in good quality, which doesn't help.
